  • Jesus.

I am watching Comic Relief and there is a clip about a mother who has just had a little prem baby boy. She was HIV positive and couldnt feed her baby. She died.

Im literally in floods of tears. I miss Felix so much. Ive not cried for weeks and its all just coming out. I would give anything to hold him again, even just once. It hurts so much

    Oh hunny ((((((hugs))))))

I wish we could take away the pain, but without it you couldn't have the love for Felix you have, you will learn to live with it in time.. have a good cry and let it all go.. is hubby in to give you a big squishy hug?

You are in the same place my mother was 38 years ago having just lost my older sister and finding out she was having me.. there is 51 weeks between us.

No, he's at work but ive asked him to come home. I just have tears rolling down my face as opposed to actual bawling now.

Its just so unfair. Life isnt, I know that, but its hard not to feel angry and resentful. Why does the (forgive the term) scrubber who lives 3 doors away get to pop out children like they're going out of fashion.....but I loose my baby because of 'bad luck'.

It was just seeing that tiny little baby that did it. Felix looked like that.

Its so hard accepting that there is nothing I can do to change things or ease the pain.

Noone knows why some things in life are unfair.. but would you really want someone else to feel as you do and have lost their little baby?

I am very lucky it has never happened to me and I don't wish to belittle the horrible circumstances you found yourself in.. noone should lose their baby ever, but I don't believe for a minute you would wish Felix out of your life. He will always always be a part of your life and you will always have love for him and he will never have to face sadness or hurt. You know that piece of your heart that has broken? That is the piece he took with him.. and in its place he left a part of his so he will always be in your heart and your thoughts... that is why it hurts..

    Will hubby be back soon?

If it makes me a bad person then so be it. But, if i had a choice between me being in this situation or someone else, I would pick them everytime.
I am quite sure that every other mother I have even spoken to would not want to swap situations with me either.

I don't know when OH will be back soon I hope :(

I just watched something mildly entertaining - the lads from 'The Inbetweeners' going round the UK finding rude place names. "Bell End". Ha, I'd love to have that in my address.

Its the small things in life eh? :)

No I'm sure they wouldn't, I don't envy you one tiny bit.

My sis was not born sleeping she was incredibly ill and had 3 operations in her 30 days of life and died of a massive infection and her gut died (she had exomphalos and developed peritonitis, a bowel obstruction and necrotising enterocolitis) She died in pain after a month of pain.. and my parents had all the worry of me having the same.. Noone ever got to hold her or tell her they loved her, there are no pics only a birth certificate and a death certificate. It is horrible to think almost 40 years on nothing can be done to prevent this terrible sad loss.

small things are the best things.. :D ... that is why we are midgets! :p

My mother sent a letter out once to Mr Emo who lived on Goths Lane! We loved that. There is a place near here called Land of Nod!
