my gym is at work and it will take me 1 hour there and 1 hour back. oh well i will have to do something as i dont want to go smelly lol. is it ok to bend over in the tub and wash hair. someone was sayig its not good?

What about the Fusion swimming pools in New Addington or South Norwood? They're about £3 to get in.

Nothing wrong with bending over the tub while you're still small enough to get to the taps! It's going to be COLD though...

OR... have a flannel wash tonight and then go in early tomorrow morning to use the showers at the gym before work?

yes i could do the flanel thing, but tomorrow morning i am not in work as have the scan so have to think of something. as the scan is at 920, and i will be a nervous wreck, i think thinking about a shower will make me panic more. oh well i will have to do something. could mix kettle water with cold into a bucket? lol

You know they're not going to go anywhere near your ladygarden, don't you? I know it's nice to feel clean whenever you go to the hospital, but it's not like you're going to have an internal. So long as you've got a clean tum, no one will notice!

Ummm... actually, I did have dildo-cam for my 12wk scan because they had problems getting the right measurements through my tum and baby was being awkward. It didn't help. I had to keep going back and having drinks and things like that.

yeah, I guess you might have the one up your mooer, but it's unlikely. You could always shriek 'But I've got a stinky minge!' and see if they'd let you have a quick sluice in the lavs :D

    Lol @ fluff

Rupa, I went a few weeks without hot water once. I used to fill up sink next to bath with he kettle and use that for hair, then fill it up again and use for body. Its a pain but hope they get it fixed soon. Sorry about your friend x
