Wow took me ages to catch up with todays posts! Thank you for all the advice and nice words on the joys of early pregnancy :D

I remembered what my question was I wanted to ask!! Is it normal to have an appointment at 14 weeks? I was expecting 16 weeks to be the next one, but I have an appointment at the hospital at 14 weeks and then another one at 16 weeks at doctors surgery.

Just been to Morrisons and the woman at the checkout asked how many weeks til I was due and looked horrified when I said yesterday. I think she thought my waters would break there and then and she'd end up being the one to deliver the baby!

I think the sweep can start labour in 48 hours for some women so I'm guessing that if things start happening this weekend we'll know it was successful!

Make sure you keep us updated :)

Thanks to all the printing site recommendations, I've signed up to them all so hopefully might get an offer or 2 in the next few weeks :)

ooh and Congrats on team blue doglover & claireloo!

Erm - is it your first pregnancy? Sorry if you've already said - baby brain strikes again :o I think they see you more often with your first, but I also can't remember if I went at 14 and 16 so I'm not much use really, sorry! Just didn't want your post going overlooked!

Oh PC - you must be so fed up right now! Hope something happens really soon - get out mini coupon!!!

I've been playing ponies with DD tonight - not sure who enjoyed it more actually :rotfl: Having tea and toast before bed - am starving tonight cos missed tea and didn't end up getting my cake earlier :(

Hugs to all - hope everyone sleeps well and safe delivery to any ladies who might just go in to labour tonight/tomorrow morning... ;) xxx

    We're staying team yellow :D

Scan went really well, still trying to figure out how to get a pic on here.

Dipped into the last ten pages, but then gave up... glad normal service has resumed :)

Re weight gain I was worried about not gaining enough. My BMI was 25 when I fell pregnant, and I lost weight in the first three month. Now I'm halfway I'm 4 more lbs than I was in December, and I've suddenly realised I'm going to gain up to 2st in four months  stretch marks here we come. My stomach was tiny even before, so now I have to eat 6 or 7 times a day just to get the food into me.

Sending strong labout vibes to PrincessC, hopefully your extra "baking" is making your bun extra-special!

    Evening all,

Congratulations on team blue Claire and Doglover!

Flower - i only had a 16 week one but every area is different.

Was my last day of work today woohoo! Had a really nice day as we went for lunch atone of jamie olivers restaurants. I had lots of yummy food and then went back to work and got some gorgeous flowers and two lovely cards from the department and my team. Must admit I got a bit emotional and had a bit of a cry! So nice to not have to go back for a long time though.
