I might watch it on iPlayer, but will be ready to turn it off if it gets too bad. I am interested to see what these little babies look like at such an early stage.

Had Beauty and the Beast: Ugly Face of Prejudice on pause while I was in shower, and almost finished.

I am tired but not wanting to go to bed as it hurts :(

How many weeks are you Wendz? I am hoping mine doesn't pop. It's very stretched though!

They look perfect, just tiny - it's an enlightening programme but heartbreaking at the same time.

Can't imagine being in that situation - hope I never have to be!

I thought it was very nicely done actually.. for those not braved it on iplayer yet.. it is relly only the first 1/4 that is hard.. the rest is great.. really informative and loads of 'real' advice.. but !!!!!!!? 23 and 4 children already and had triplets?! ?! Granted I had 5 children at 25 but.. really! I know you shouldn't judge but.. people do it is natural .. Poor wee babies.. :(

When I had DS3 (31weeks.. we were in 22 days) there were premmie twins in.. one had weighed 660g and they were about 3 months old and so very very tiny... and there was another little twinny girl, when they moved her blankets her little hands startled open and were about the size of stamps and ooked like little pink stars... it made me cry every time they moved her blanket. Her sister had already gone home and she went home while we were in.

I agree, it was a very good programme, and only the first part was upsetting. Little Matilda made me smile with her tiny hands and the way her daddy changed her little nappy, but she didn't like it :) I really hope she continues to improve and doesn't have any long term disability.

I didn't realise so many babies were born so early, and so many don't survive. I also didn't realise they can suffer disabilities. Was very eye opening.

    Good morning ladies

Sending huge healthy vibes to both BBM and baby Alfred. He sounds like such a little fighter already (and what a beautiful name). MrsSpendalot - please pass all our good wishes onto BBM - thinking about her.

Managed to get on my PC at home last night so finally got to see the nurserys! Sammy Girl and Dustystar - they are gorgeous! Just missing your babies now!! :D

Glad I didn't see the programme last night - it would have got me off worrying.

DH went and bought some bedding for the cot yesterday. And came back with a crib set. Bless him - took him a while to work out that the crib set would only fit half the size of the cot!! He's taking it back today. :o

    xDx
