    Good morning ladies :)

Congratulations on the scan Debs - I'm so pleased for you :j Are you going to find out the sex beforehand?

Sorry for those feeling all achey in the latter stages. We're close to the finishing line! My main problem is that even though I go to the loo just before I leave the house, 30 min later I need to go again

Digital - Any news on the house? Fingers crossed you get it.

Good luck for the scan tomorrow Puzzled :j

Coops - I hope your damaged bits turn up today. That must be so frustrating when you just want to finish. Our cot is M&P and I was worried something would be missing, but thankfully it was all there!

Labour vibes to the boldies. Hmmmmm - who is the one to make an announcement. I reckon either RBG or Hitchins! Come on mummy - let us know!

Lovely sunny day here today, so I'm about to get in the bath and walk the dog. Catch you all later x

Thanks Sammy. No news yet, but landlord probably only got the applications this morning. I am hoping it won't take him too long to decide and just let us know one way or another. Probably the reason I have a funny tummy to be honest.

What M&P cot did you get? :)

Its a lovely sunny day here aswell Sammy. Not doing much for my house tho , its showing up all dust/dog hair.OH has been "helping" with the house work as it kills my back when I do too much. Clearly hoovering doesnt involve hoovering behind things or under things. He has also told me he had mopped the floors. The nose marks from my dog and the bone dry mop tell a different story. He's out measuring a job tonight so Im going to do it then so I dont offend him and put him off helping.
Thanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!

No - I think we're going to leave it as a surprise, although it would be a lot easier to buy things!!

    Everything you could imagine!

We used ours as a blanket in summer, to catch sick up, to dip in water and wash her face, to lay her on to protect the floor, as a tea towel when all are in the wash, as a face towel for me (it was the first thing i grabbed), to cover up when BFing, a peek a boo toy. I've heard you can use them as a nappy in an emergancy.

I need to buy some more actually for this baby :)

For us - mopping up sick. And I use one to catch the drips of milk from my nipples when I'm struggling to get a fidgety DD to latch on.

Also good for slinging on shoulder to protect from sick. And I put one under her head to catch sick when I put her on the play gym!

I have 32 of them and glad I did get the extra pack (they are £5ish from Tesco direct for 16 I think).

On the other hand other people don't use them at all.
