  • RGB - I had similar with my 1st, bad enough pain to keep me awake irritated and upset but not strong enough to get anywhere, luckily I was booked for induction the next evening so only suffered 36 hours of it. I was only 1cm:rotfl:after all those hours of torture too. Can the midwife give you a sweep tomorrow try and move things along?

Booked my hair appointment today for the 14th I'll be 38+4 lets hope I get to labour with decent hair as it's a right mess at the moment.

Growth scan in the morning and I'm not just worried about the size but also if breech as I know yesterday he was lying horizontally , he's back vertical today but head up or down is anyone's guess I'll be 37+1 tomorrow so if he's not head down I'll have to decide if I want a ECV or book a c-sec:eek: exact same happened with DD this is the trouble with small babies too much room to be naughty!

Thanks ladies. Hopefully something suitable will come up tomorrow, our luck has got to change sooner or later. OH is going on about trying to get a mortgage and seeing if his dad will help us. Same problem though really, with getting everything sorted before bubs comes.

I am feeling down as never thought I'd be facing the prospect of bringing a new life into the world with no secure home :( We wouldn't be homeless, OH's parents would always put us up, but hardly the best start to family life :(
We are now worrying even more that if we don't find anywhere this month, then next month everything that comes up will be available 'from May' which obviously is awful timing  Hoping bubs hangs on as long as poss.

Good luck RBG, good to see you're still posting and in good humour ;) Hopefully your bubs will arrive on their due date!

If you can keep your sense of humour, you will have won!

Your body can do this, you are a RBG remember. Paracetamol, bath, breathing, stay calm if you can.

    Lots of luck, honey.
