    Good Afternoon Ladies :)

Sorry I've been awol over the past week. Nesting seems to have kicked in big time and I have been super busy around the house! Been finishing off the last bits of decorating and generally making sure the house is fit and ready for a baby :)

    I'm 37 weeks today :j:j:j

I definitely feel like things are moving, and I'm sure she is going to come early. But I will just have to wait and see - she'll probably be late now!

I haven't had a chance to read back so apologies for any births that I missed. I do see that RBG's baby is starting the party - so massive labour vibes to RBG - Good luck :j:j:j

Need to get my ironing done, so will try and pop on later and catch up.

    Hugs all round x

Good luck RBG !!!A suspicious package was once found in the town where I used to live it was suspected anthrax , whole town was shut off  Cant remember what it turned out to be ... defo not anthrax, lol My m+ps blanket came, first "expensive" thing Ive bought for baby. Waited for 48 hour sale and used £5 voucher so wasnt that bad ..... still £32 for a cable knit blanket  Its mocha coloured and from the Millie and Boris range , Ive had my eye on it since first visit to baby shop. Will look lush draped over edge of cot.
Thanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!

Ohhh sending RBG labour and good luck vibes! Hope things go well for you hun, and you soon have baby RBG in your arms :)

Also, sending labour vibes to Hitchins and DueMarch, and whoever else wants them ;)

Welcome to the newbies. Please forgive me for forgetting names etc, my memory, usually good, is appalling at the moment :rotfl:

Thanks for the link to Peacocks, Charlie :) Have got myself a shirt, a top, two nighties and a nursing bra :D Have got a nightie from Peacocks already that buttons down the front and it is very comfy. That was only a fiver as well. I can't get into town now so the delivery being free is excellent.

I am also chuffed to have won a Baby Einstein Baby Neptune Ocean Adventure Play Gym on eBay, for a mere £11.50 :j This retails at £50-60 new. I am also going to get a Lamaze toy to hang on it, as apparently it is missing the octopus toy, but have found a great substitute. Hopefully it will be in good condition like it says!
There is also a baby bath I am wanting which is local to me, so shall be watching that and hopefully will win that too.

Randomly want to say that Yazoo chocolate milkshake is really nice! And a good way for us 3rd tri ladies to get our calcium intake ;) I hate the taste of milk, but love milkshake, and this is low in fat too. Have drunk one already though, so better save the other for tomorrow :rotfl:

Still trying to find a house :( I rung up about one place yesterday, was told she'd phone me back, but hadn't by the time we viewed somewhere else (didn't go for it as had damp/condensation all on windows and after trouble we have had at this place that is a defo no go), so tried again this morning. She tells me that 10 people are lined up to view it! It doesn't even look that nice in the pics! She said they aren't doing anymore viewings but she could take my number incase no one wanted it. I thought there's no point as if none of the 10 wanted it then obviously something wrong with it!
Looking at a place tomorrow, really not sure about it from the carpy pics, but good for OH to get to work and very cheap. Worth a look.

What is p££ing us off the most is that every place we finally arrange a viewing on, has about 5 or so other people viewing it too, so we are under so much pressure to make a decision. As if me being pregnant and us getting kicked out of our house scarily soon isn't enough worry or pressure!
I ring up early in morning, say I can view at any time, they ring tenants or whatever then by the time they call me back other people have rung and got in either before or after us. Very annoying :mad::mad:

My sis when aged about 14 came and said to my mother 'Mum? How many sevendwarves are there?'

*pops in and waves...hiya lady bumps....have had 'special pooos' and a couple of contractions this morning along with back pain and period style cramps so think that is me on my way...one thing I will say and that is when the back pain hits defo go for a bath it does help especially if you have a contraction in the bath.....have called maternity and they have said this could go on for a couple of days but atm things are about 45 mins apart.......I could be having baby RBG  hehe

hope everyone is well...haven't read back as I have no concentration at all but will do so when I can

Labour vibes to bump buddy and anyone else who needs them and big hugs all round will keep you posted :) xxxxx

What tens have you got RBG?

Digital not good hun :( I know up here rentals are few and far between. DH was talking the other night about having to move again but there is just nothing at the mo, at least we don't have the worry (yet!!) of being evicted!! Not sure if things will change here in the next few months with talk of the second base closing, it's bound to have an impact so will wait and see what happens. Fingers crossed something comes up for you soon!
