Hi all. Think I am feeling baby again tonight, sure I felt it in my hand too but had husband put his hand there and he said he doesnt feel anything lol.
Have had a bit of a struggle at work. We have a little back room which we use for food preparation and I have been keeping a piece of fruit and a drink in there as I find it helps with the sickness to go in and nibble on fruit and have a drink when thirsty. Well the department manager (who was fine with it before) and the company deputy manager came and he said I cant have it there so have to put it in my locker which is a few minutes walk away and upstairs. So its a bit of a struggle really in regards to keeping the sick feeling at bay and now I am just having to keep popping away to get some when I need it, which isnt fair on my other team members as they have to cover my position while I go but it is my only option now I guess.
I have been finding myself eating quite a bit of garlic baguette, not good calorie wise but baby lets me keep it down lol. Also had a gorgeous pizza from Sainsburys with courgette, spinach, peppers, onion and some pesto oil on. Yum yum. I can also eat soup now! Hoping to try sandiwches soon because baby hasnt liked those for months!
Oh and scan in just over 2 weeks :j:j0 -

EA fybogel didn't work for me either
. Short term only thing that worked for me was lactulose. However remember someone saying you have to drink loads of water to get the fybogel working, might be worth a go?
You have my sympathy tho.
Definitely lots of water, and it also takes a couple of days to kick in.0 -
