Shes gorgeous, really good and well worth it....

Things didn't go as planned and she doesn't seem interested in the breast, i'll do my birth story shortly.... Dont know whether to persevere or put her on formula....

Been a while since I've posted, and I've had sooooo many pages to catch up on.
Congrats on the new arrivals - there have been so many I can't remember them all!
Not much happening here, except my bladder is finally catching up with me I've made it to 34 weeks without any night time loo trips, but I have now started waking up 2 hours earlier than usual needing to go but I'm too stubborn and go back to sleep in some pain:rotfl:.

Scabby belly buttons - mine is too was for the first pg as well, and mine doesn't go to an outie due to small babies it just gets slightly stretched and shallower, I must admit I've had a bit of a pick .

Quick post from my phone. Those with spd how did it start? I've had a niggling pain in my back for a couple of weeks now but nothing major tbh but it seems to have gotten a lot worse over the last few days especially in the nights for some reason. I just tried to get out of bed to go to the loo and it was absolute agony trying to walk. The pain is very localised though, at the base of my back on the left and the right (no pain in middle/spine). As I don't have a midwife appointment for ages I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do? I mean I'm not even carrying that much extra weight yet so can only see that it's going to get a lot worse.

Apologies for the humungous post (it feels humungous on my phone anyway)

Hot water bottle to the sore area and if you have a gym ball sit on it and rock yourself back and forward tilting the pelvis as it to stretch it.....I have been seeing the physio and mine started as pain in the right side which spread down into my right hip and felt as though baby was going to fall out the bottom IYKWIM.......warm baths will help too. See your Dr and ask for a referral to the local physio that deals with SPD too xxxxxx
