I have money in my bank, no debt and can manage my finances. Why would i want a review from a bank that got in billions of debt and needed a tax bailout

It's your money you might invest with them, you are the customer and should not feel in any way obliged to meet them. What you are describing about staff harassing customers into meeting them and then bullying them sounds absurd.0

Could have something to do with the fact they're the same bank?
This is why I love First Direct... They NEVER push things on you... EVER! I can ring their telephone banking to do something and after thats done they ask if there's anything else they can help with.. I say No and the call ends! Banking bliss
