Oh dear,i'm jinxed,i checked my emails before bed and posted the email from Halfcost on here last night,i got it at 9pm.
Just called round to my friends on my way home from work only to find she can't find the invoice and Home delivery network had already been to collect the shoes at 8.30 this morning whilst i was out,on my way to work.
I think i outta give up now
HDN should call again, the return paperwork is not necessary for the shoes to be returned. The courier should leave you with a receipt for the item. Make sure it is securely packaged.
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark

Thank you,i was concerned about this line from the email

a completed Goods Return Form would need to be enclosed within the parcel.

A typed note describing the items and the reason for return (it may help ease any queries if you enclose a copy of the confirmation e-mail when you purchased the shoes), is usually sufficient.

Good for you for your persistance. I had similar with M&S. My son , a teenager, had shoes which were £50 for school. Within a fortnight the heel had completely worn down. When I returned them I was told 'wear and tear'. Anyway from Sales assitant to floor management then higher. Eventually they agreed to pay for the shoes to be re-heeled. 5 months later the heels are still fine!

As vegetarians, the choice of shoes for children are limited
    You eat your shoes?
  • own up now, you don't have carpets, you have sandpaper down on your floors :-)

Blitz - veggie shoes don't use leather/animal glue.
