£25 hobbs gift card with Red magazine

So what's the situation with these cards? I have 1 more to use up.

Does the YORK or LEICESTER store have NW3 or is it just Hobbs.

I know Nottingham does NW3 but was planning to go somewhere different shopping. xx

York has nw3 at the back of the Hobbs store. They actually have quite a big range- seems more than Leeds. No duck tops though! They also have the limited collection which is quite good this season.

That is what annoys me. Hobbs have been pretty poor for last 2 years. That awful orangey red last summer and the odd veg dyed shoes. This season they were seemingly back on track and they go and hack everyone off with this silly fiasco.

I was in meadow hall today. They had the new red £19 t shirt on sale. No other tops though. Wonder if someone put it out by accident? I didn't buy it. I want a duck top (which may be a theme of my posts!).

Oh yes and it's a week tomorrow since i submitted my complaint by phone. Not even an email acknowledgement yet.

We are truly disappointed that some forum members have had a poor experience with this promotion. This has, in the main, been the result of low stock levels in store. Hobbs makes specific products in limited quantities and the success of this promotion has led to lower than anticipated stock levels on certain products.

Stock issues are being remedied through re-allocation of stock to top stores so that we can service the maximum number of customers but we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific items that may have gone out of stock. As we are a fashion business new stock drops on a regular basis and we assure you that this offer, as laid out in the terms and conditions, is valid on all merchandise (other than the exclusions outlined on the reverse of the card) until 2nd May.

Importantly we also believe we have responded to all queries reaching our customer services team. We are more than happy to respond to individual questions and urge you to contact our Customer Services team directly.

I am sorry but I contacted customer services last Friday and still have heard nothing. I telephoned, they called back and then took all my details but since then I have heard nothing at all. You have my phone number, email and address.

The items are not out of stock. They were removed and placed in the stock rooms.

Please could you address the specific issues. Staff told not to accept them on tops under £29. Stock being removed from the sales floor but miraculously available if not using a red card. You use the word in the main. Can we be clear are you saying that stores have not been instructed to remove tops? Can you confirm that every possible top is on a shop floor in every one of your stores at this moment in time (obviously not if multiples but at least one of each item in each size that the store has in the building)

Why have you removed the nw3 duck top from sale and allegedly requested it's return when it is still on the website.
