I have been charged for my order from Empire stores

i put in the voucher and checked that the price was zero before submitting. but i got my parcel today with an amount!

anyone else had the same?

I got a letter from them saying they can`t give me a credit account

ps. it is pure coincidence i should turn up with the mention of 666!

Got mine delivered today, invoiced for 99p as I splashed out and went for a £5.99 item.

Very impressed with their local delivery and pick-up service

I thought this would happen, which is why I didn't go for this one! Same happened for me for Vertbaudet -email them with a screenshot of the confirmation email which showed the price as £0.00 saying you did not authorise them to take payment from your card, and they should offer to send the refund by cheque (and ask for your address), or ask you to ring up and give them your card details again.

I've stopped shopping with Empire as had so many problems with them refusing to honour codes (and that's with genuine ones that they had sent me !!!!)

i've never had a problem with empire,used the code and wasn't charged,only thing wrong with them is returns, but that is down to local courier problems!
