  • Well today i'm having beans on toast - livened up by my little magic jar of chilli flakes. I still have a banana lurking in my drawer at work that's not battered or brown and i've got a tub of sugar free jelly I found lurking at the back of the fridge so thats 0 bought lunches so far. Going strong.
  • List updated!

I've been having leftovers so far this week, first leftover curry with rice then leftover carrot and corriander soup with oat cakes. Today I have that tin of soup that I couldnt open the other week  so I brought in an opener and will be eating that!

  • So far up to 3 lunches. Would have been four, but I caved yesterday as the canteen put on Chinese food for the Chinese New Year, and all I had with me were two sausage rolls which paled in comparison lol

Had a bad start this month,

Tuesday & Wednesday fine, then Thursday and Friday I ended up buying stuff, partly because we haven't had stuff at home that I can have leftovers from & partly because I was rushing around in the mornings and couldn't face searching for stuff in the freezer - anyway that's 2 of my 4 paid for lunches gone.

Today it's leftovers from last night though and the same tomorrow so hoping to be slightly back on track.
