Finally my Blistex Relief Cream has given up the ghost. WIBA? Absolutely!! Nothing fixes chapped lips quite like it. I use Carmex balm or similar everyday but sometimes, particularly if I've got a cold, my lips just dry out and this is the only product that revives them and soothes the nasty cracks and splits.

Spluttering shampoo, Botanics Radiant Red, I'll be glad when its gone. And as soon as it is, the matching conditioner will be hitting the bin. I hate it. It makes such a mess everywhere and has done absolutely nothing to preserve my new red colour. I've got some sulphate free stuff from BS so fingers crossed that'll be better.
Also spluttering, Superdrug Plum & Red Cherry Shower Gel. One more shower's worth I reckon.
  • i actually like my superdrug :P they tend to leave me alone(im 23) perhaps they are used to me over the years?
these posts made me think about a member of staff at my work,we have some makeup stands and as soon as she sees young people around them she stops and watches them/gets security to watch them..i actually moaned at her about it but she wont listen(the majority of shoplifters i have caught have been older-had one the other week tried to make us think she was a dittery old lady!)

Tara I can highly recommend the microdermabrasion for your blackheads - I have used the Time Delay kit and Boots No7 and Tesco Skin Wisdom but of all I preferred the No7 as I found the moisturiser in the Time Delay kit a bit heavy for me. I use the scrub a couple of times a week and it has made a massive difference. HTH!

Thanks for that, it did give good results the other night and I am going to use it tonight too. :)

Bronnie, I think you've convinced me to give the hemp hand stuff a go sometime, will try a tester instore maybe.

p.s. don't ANYONE go near the grabbit forum, this is an order!!!!

any of you ladies buy from half price perfumes?I had an email yesterday about their new look website.....I don't like it as now cannot find the free gifts bit but more importantly it says I have no loyalty points and I know I should have at least 82 as that is what i noticed before my last order arrived and no more points were added so had planned to contact them if they did not show up soon. Now there is no mention of points in my order history and they have so far not replied to 2 emails :(

Big congrats, Buttercup, wishing you swift healing and nights that are as peaceful as possible.

Welcome to the world, Master Buttercup.

Going out later but tomorrow I intend parcelling up some goodies for Give and Make Up, the toiletries and cosmetics for women's refuges initiative Yorkielass highlighted for us.
I know we have a refuge somewhere locally - I wonder if they need things?

    Hi everyone

No UU's at the moment but using stuff slowly but surely and decanting lotions when the pump action on the bottle no longer produces any product. I am :jthat I have nearly used up a body lotion!
On the Superdrug thing, my local is quite a large impersonal store and not laid out particularly well. When I have gone in to buy something, the staff are not that friendly whereas the Boots staff are generally nice.

I don't have a Lush store near me but when I have visited one the aroma hits you as you walk through the door- I wonder if the staff just get used to it? I used a Lush vanilla bath bomb on my kids bath the other night just to get rid of it as I only like foam baths - it turned the water yellow but didn't really smell of anything.

For the Decollete I have been using Decleor Excellence De L'Age Neck and Decollete Concentrate as part of a special value kit (would not pay full price). I have one quite noticeable vertical line on my decollete which this product "promises" to diminish. IT DID NOT! I am kicking myself for falling for the marketing and sales talk but I thought well, I'll use the product and nip the problem "in the bud" so to speak before the decollete area gets worse -it is worse after using decleor. Not wasting my money again. VALM suggested the Elemis one I think - but don't know if I should buy another specific product for the decollete or just use a really good body and/or face cream.:undecided

I've been good today :A John Frieda still out of stock online, so not bought anymore to stash. Couldn't be bothered to get bubs ready to go to town, so thrown my skinnie.....

Got a splutterer - Sanctuary Body Wash - WIBA - not at the minute as i've a few in my stash, still like it though :p

Tara - Carita - have a decollatage cream, retails at £75 :eek::eek: and i've seen one on ebay starting at 99p but never heard of it... I've added it to my watch list to see what it goes for....

Talking of decollatage (again!!) all the creams i've seen are pretty expensive.....
