Called in Sainsburys Deepdale store.....all half price stuff....nothing for £1 yet.....so went down road to M & S and got a blouse and a pair of tights for £1 each ! :j

The stuff in my local wasn't easy to find, there was no signage & was just at the end of the half price sale. I nearly missed it!!
Now is there any other stores to go to or do I really need any more!! Decisions decisions

i totally forgot to go in until 2ish today went to town instead, still managed to get few bits 3 clutch bags for 50p each, 6 womens cardis £1 each, ladies pj bottoms and top 50p and £1

i have never seen stuff reduced this much before at sainsbury's is it something they do regulalry?

does anyone have any inside info if and when they will do it for all the other sale stuff as there seemed to be racks and racks of stuff??

Not a tight git, dont think that, but the fuel prices are enough reason alone to come on here and find some bargains to save the pennies so that I don't need to start thinking about buying a bike instead of using the car.......

I also popped into pound lane at norwich this afternoon and got several tops - luckily timed it right as they brought out another rail full of £1 tops while i was there. I dont usually get clothes in the sale as they are usually small sizes, so made a nice change as these were from the 'grace' range so had lots of size 20's. lots of people were buying them and they were going fast.

i went yesterday, they didnt have much for size 12 or 14 mostly 8 18 24 28.

bought them anyway at least 20 of it, randomly. Went today to my 2 local charity shop and give it away. There were really happy to get new clothes. Its only £1. So i thought.. why not?

I also went into the pound lane, Norwich store tonight and there was still quite a lot of clothes reduced to £1.00 and 50p. I got a top and a jumper for £1.00 each, would have brought more but they had very little left in my size. There was an assistant at the end of the eisle pricing more stuff down though

I don't normally buy supermarket clothes, but thanks very much for this post, it made me go and explore and I came away with two tops for £1.50!

Have to say though, most of the stock was in absolutely h-u-g-e sizes, my goodness we really have turned into a nation of fatties if these are typical stocks. Had to hunt really hard to find a couple of size 8s, they don't appear to do size 6 at all.

Theres a lot of things that aren't marked down that are actually a quid so worth checkin on the self-scanner:D
