Got loads of bits from Basildon yesterday, long tops, dress, skirts, theres not a lot of sizes but they had lots of 8's and im a 10 and they fit me. I took a few half price bits to the till and scanned them and a few came up at £1 so it is worth trying the half price stuff too. Big thanks I now have a whole new wardrobe!0

Made a special 20-mile round trip to Norwich (Pound Lane) Sainburys but this store does not seem to have "reduced 90% of its women's clothing sales to £1". Very little at £1 (and most of that is tat). Vast majority of the sale items are half price only.:(0

Made a special trip to worksop today and there were no signs and upon asking staff they had no idea. Just all half price. Didnt buy anything after that. Felt a little cheated

In Camberly today I spotted two rails the SA was stickering, I picked out a few bits before she whipped the trolley away. I followed her to a massive selection of £1 clothes. No accessories to speak of, and lots of mismatched bikinis and undies, but also lots of clothes in all sizes. Had a good rummage and filled the trolley (the boys were not impressed) with £13' worth. Topped it up with pampers and some leeks (??) and going through self check out was a proper adventure.
Thank you so much!!:wall:0 -
Nothing in mine except for a few scratty children's xmas tops marked at half price - disappointed but I wasn't really expecting there to be anything left. what I did get two frying pans reduced from £16 to just under £5, a milk pan down from £6 to under £2 and a palette knife for 15p! They also had the 'bed in a bag' sets £12 for Ks - which I resisted but bought a single percale sheet and pillowcase set for under £4. These were all part of their 70% off.0

Went to the Lincoln Sainsburys this evening all excited hoping for a bargain and there was a very small area marked £1 stuff, it was all crap. There was loads of other sale stuff but not £1 or anywhere near.
Nevermind, saved some money by not buying crap that I don't need. 0 -
P.S none of the stuff on the £1 shelf was actually marked at £1 so it would probably be worth asking about the other stuff if you can find any staff around. (It was midnight though so can't really blame them).0
