Not recordable crimes so no crime number, stick to what you know.;)
What are you talking about 'not recordable crimes'? Can you expand on that?PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0 -

"where's the crime?"
When I last checked, these are criminal offences.
Yes, but unless they prove he was speeding, they'll probably just give him a slap on the wrist....“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I would listen to Tilts advice on this.
This is poor advice:Your insurance will deal with any claims against you plus your damage(s) if you are fully comp.
Your insurance (even if fully comp) will have very little cover for your personal injuries damages.
As previously advised, you should use MIB for this. A claim handler or your solicitor etc will help you sort everything (including repairing your car, dealing with MIB etc)0 -
Unlikely to apply in this case because of the damage to the parked cars but for general info, my reading of the MIB rules says that if you claim on your insurance your company can’t then recover the costs from the MIB so it goes on your record as a fault claim with the attendant premium loading and loss of NCB.
If you can afford to wait for the MIB wheels to grind away then claim the whole lot from them which will preserve your NCB & avoid the fault claim on your record.0 -
Look it up.;)
When you get nicked and taken to the police station and subsiquently charged for any offence, you DNA, pics and finger prints are all taken. Obviously I'm talking about offences which result in a court hearing and I believe the offences listed by the OP fall into that catagory thus a crime or police log ref will exist.
What I will agree on is the fact that the OP may well have to claim off the MIB but if the TP driver is convicted for the offences, then there may be an opportunity to claim compensation from him.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. I don't think I mentioned personal injuries!
Correct, but weasel words!
You actually referred to a comprehensive insurance policy dealing with "your damage(s)"
What was that supposed to mean other than his personal damage as well as his property damage?
And your authoritative post neglected to mention at all the MIB, seeming to suggest previous posts about this were wrong!0 -

Good advice is to follow the second half of Tilts signature rather than what is posted above it.
I had a dream once about an extra button next to the “thanks” one………0 -
