Declaring today as NSD no 8 :j

Spending today stitching a :happyhear card for DH ...have to get it done today while he is at work. Taking a break for lunch and to have a stretch, will also get more washing hung out...the sun is shining, so need to get out there for a bit. :)

Have had DS2 moving things about in my shed this morning (present dumping ground!!!) to get the
box of P*rsil out (got a good deal months ago and just finished the first one). Found another box of his stuff that had been sent to the shed while we redecorated his room. Also found a box of Uni stuff that DS1 "lost", so that's now in his bedroom. You can "almost" swing a cat in there now :rotfl:

Everything really needs to be taken out of the shed and reorganised. There are quite a few chairs that need to be got rid of/broken up for firewood. We must take at least one trip to a CB to get rid of the majority of the other stuff. Then perhaps I will be able to get the bookcases up against walls and filled with books that are in bags atm..oh we acquired a carpet, so need to see if it will fit (and I can live with it...a bright red patterned axminster-type. It will help with insulation and be more comfortable under-foot. One day it will become my "office"!

Enjoy the rest of Friday and the whole weekend (lets hope Scotland can win tomorrow!). xx

  • NSD#6 today. Been a helluva day so tonight will be a quiet one watching a dvd and a glass of wine;) - providing freaky geeky neighbour is still away - if he's home then I'll be retreating to the bedroom to watch a dvd with a glass of wine and headphones:(!

    NSD for me today :)

Took lunch with me to work and walked there and back so spent absolutely nothing. Home now and definitely not going out as I'm up early for college tomorrow so there will be no spending!!

    Yay....that's #7

Well done to everyone who's on target for the month :T
  • NSD 6 for me

    (bought a kindle yesterday...):o
  • Since I haven't logged in in a while, I'm proud to report NSD #2 (if I haven't already), NSD #3 and NSD #4. Buying all my creme eggs at the start of the week was a good move :)
    Thank you competition posters!
  • Evening all,

Woo hoo made it to NSD #6 :j

Waiting for DH to arrive with milk, won't be until 8:30 which means no tea until then. But I'll be fine . . . . I am not a tea addict . . . . honest!

Don't think I'll have anymore until next week now.

Decluttering - hmmmmm, creme eggs. I think my tally is only 1 this year. Will put in on my shopping list for this weekend, yum yum :D

catslovelycats - you'll have to let us know how you get on with the Kindle. Love reading but not sure I can leave the printed books behind.

    Loving the Friday wiggles :D

Have a great night everyone

    xx
