Hi Rock_Cakes and welcome to the NSD challenge
I think you've hit the nail on the head there "addictive" this certainly is:D, I think we'd all agree with that.
Will add you to the front page tonight when we do the update, in the meantime consider yourself a fully-enrolled member of the NSD gang:D. Please feel free to join in with all the chat and nonsense on here, we're very friendly, and good luck with reaching your target.

Had a wobble yesterday - but today back stronger than ever there is nothing I can do to control this - so why should I get myself in knots over it all............. phew sorry!!
Take care

Afternoon all,
Another NSD for me today so that is: 2 NSD
Sorted the horse out first thing this morning and I am now in for the day as it is far too cold and windy to do anything else!

I'm never going to reach my target this way:(0 -

Well I got off to a good start on my first ever month - yesterday was NSD #1! Hoping to repeat it today, but will have to persuade friend to buy my usual after-hobby can of diet coke tonight to do so!

Do it! There's a few of us here over there too, so you'll recognise a few faces
. You'll be enticed into shopping within your current wardrobe (pulling out the stuf from the back you forgot existed) and wearing them on "freedom" days to get into the habit of wearing what you've already got. And you get to "shop" through other people when we declare spends, which is always fun
.
I did really well last year until wedding season hit and I was blinded by gorgeous new dresses and went bust. Oops! So this year I set a more realistic target! And last night I popped on there right about the time the £bay auction I was watching was ending so I avoided bidding altogether. It's all good and I learn from all the fashionistas who are much braver with their wardrobe then I am! :T

See? It's not such a waste after all, if it's given you a new way to look at things! Wouldn't Life be boring if we did the same thing over & overFull time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Hang on *moves endless bits of old envelope & junk mail* ..I've made a list *drops biro under the chair & bumps head on keyboard shelf trying to retrieve it* ~%*£$*&€ That hurt! *rubs head & bangs pen on desk so hard a scrap of paper flutters up* Oooh...Found it!
No1. Where's the Stop Necking Fizzy Plop Challenge? I meant to call in to cheer you all on last month & got side-tracked..how's it going?
2. Heart shaped cutters. WARNING--another BMF attempt to describe something to follow. Please collect tin hats & safety goggles before proceeding to designated Confussiblization Area.*starts taping off area with black & yellow ribbons*
You have a square cutter--for argument we'll say 2" square--so find a circle cutter that is 2" straight across the middle. You cut out a circle, cut it in half then put one half up to one side of the square & the other half on the very next side of the square. Ta-Daaaaa..a*bows & acknowledges gasps of rapture & enthusiastic applause*
No3. That chap who plays Alf in Home & Away is in Priscilla, although not in drag. Sometimes I wish lived closer to a big town as I'd love to see The Jersey Boys in particular, plus have access to proper museums instead of Mr Ernest Hipplethwaite's collection of 14 cups from local bus station tea-rooms circa 1972Still, I can take comfort in saving on the entrance fees I suppose
No4. Hello Everybody. Nice to meet some new monickers & lovely to catch up with the stalewartsHave I missed the Chinese New Year shindig? I've rescued Peter from Mr McGregor's potting shed & starched Flopsy's bits in readiness...As for having something cool, clear & with plenty of bubbles to drink, I found a tin of Eno's Liver Salts in the back of mum's larder. I'm sure they'll be OK; the tin survived the war no probs :rotfl:
To the serious business of pledging I suppose. AAAAAAaaaaaauuuummmmm milu464jhu345 29tdbed *taps fingers absently on keyboard & thinks aloud* I can't pay for Dad's roses till after the 14th as they're never sure of the price themselves [a lovely shop who--for years now--look after me very well, & won't charge me any more than absolutely necessary Bless them!] & I've a nasty suspicion a few trips to find things to help mutha hear will abound, ssssssoooooooooo 14 please Spoon, with No 1 bagged yesterday.
Good Luck Peeps & ((HUGS)) if you want one x
