We have been sorting out Mil's affairs and also trying to rehome her wee dog, which is really upsetting. He is a very spoiled and grumpy Westie, who is not good with kids/ other dogs, so none of the family can take him. We have managed tp find a nice elderly man who has lots of time and patience to give him a home so that's good.
Anyhoo, OH picked me up and we had a very romantic dinner at McD's, which I thoroughly enjoyed ( I'm a cheap date:rotfl:)
Just trying to keep it together till the funeral on Thurs, then I think I will take a day off next week.
Enough waffle from me - welcome to all our newbies, and great to see 3 DOGS, Sunnylooloo and Karma back.

Many thanks Jinty - sorry to hear about your MiL - I had not managed to keep up with last months thread so did not see that she had died - glad you found a nice new home for the westie. A friend of ours found a very thin stray Jack Russell dog last week and I was talking to her about it on Sunday - she said he is so trusting and quiet, and very clean in the house - they are going to put posters up around where they found him and then rehome him ...... Hhmmn? 4Dogs does have a nice ring to it but I know that Mr 3Dogs won't agree as he does most of the walkies with them and I know he is right really :(:( so I will remain 3Dogs for now :p
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(
  • hi, I made my NSD target in jan :D so very pleased with myself. As I'm away from the 20th (though the holiday is all inclusive so I'm sure I'll do several NSD on my hols) please put me down for 10 - I've got my first today.

I'm typing this on my phone so sorry for the lack of colour and boldness.

    Hya All....

Have at last caught up with this thread...8 pages and it's still the 1st!!

Today was (quite) a spendy day....DS's college physio (they have at last decided he can use this facility..taken them since September!!) had to be paid, as well as my next college course unit. I sat the first unit's exam tonight...it was badly written and confusing...wrote a list of corrections and queries!!! That will go down well! :o. Luckily I have been a tutor there in the past, so I know all the present tutors...and the system! :D

Since I was spending anyway, I got an online delivery this morning...then had to go and buy all the things I forgot to order!! :rotfl: Tonight I have paid a store card off on-line (:j) as I forgot to do it while in town.

Still....we have enough food for a good while, so should have mostly NSDs for the rest of the week....famous last words!

It has been said before, but a
BIG THANK YOU TO SPOON AND SF
for the wonderful work they do. :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Okey Dokey, here I am and I promise to keep up this month :o I've reported in for the end of the month for January with 16 NSD's exceeding my target of 15 :j :j

Now, let's see, February is a very short month so I have to take that into consideration, so how many will I go for? ....... let's see ..... I'm away this weekend :j :j and I have a week visiting Mam up North from the 10th ..... and ....... just a minute while I take my socks off, I'm counting!! ................. OK ... that's it ............. I'll go for 15 NSD's in February

Well done Spoon and your assistant SF on the wonderful job you are doing - seems you aren't feeling well again/still Spoon, so I hope you are taking it a little easier hun and looking after yourself :A :A

Ahh.. thanks 3Dogs:A:A. Much better now, January wasn't a brilliant month, but February will be much better, I've decided.

Think I'm getting a bit trigger-happy on the front page.. Nargle's aiming for 14 NSDs instead of the 10 she wanted:o:o:o.. and I've just realised you now have 34 Dogs.. oops.... off to change that:o:o

    Welcome back, we've missed you:A
