Bridge the gap with the February NSD challenge

Awww..I LOVE my little alien! I think I shall call her Ariadne & must remember to tell her to keep away from PDD's lot; my kids have not yet developed their own blood-lines, so I definitely don't fancy the prospect of being surrogate grandma to a bunch of little green things  well..not just yet.
I had a spendy on Monday & got my no15 via a very narrow escape yesterday, when me muvva decided she didn't want to go out after all :j
I hope you do manage a night out folks but if it is to be around the 1st I'm afraid I shall not make it, but shall raise an imaginary Screwball to your good health xFull time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Hello everyone!
It's great to hear from you BMF! Welcome back! Have you got yourself a new lil portable 'puta, for browsing t'interweb at your mum's? Or are you online back at home?
Whilst I'm at it - welcome to the thread bexs.ua!
Anyhoo - I'm online to report a successful February ... I reached my target yesterday of 19 NSDs! Woo hoo! I've put off this food shop for long enough though, so today is a spendy day, with a couple of non-food related items going into the basket too.
Spoon - with just under a week to go until the month is out, I'd like to increase my target to 22 NSDs please. Thank you!
Have a good rest of the day everyone, and good luck with smashing more targets!:money: Proud to [STRIKE]be dealing with[/STRIKE] have dealt with my debts! :money:

Hi everyone,
Well it has all gone a bit pear shaped now, and am not going to be able to hit my target even if I can turn things around for the last few days.
Think I might still scrape 18 or 19 this month though so is not the end of the world and tons better than the pre-challenge me, but must try harder next month!
This week I have been foiled by stupid and unnecessary charges, which actually makes it worse really.
Yesterday I paid the fees on the DVDs we returned to the shop two days late, a bit galling especially since we had rented them for "free" using T**co vouchers. Then today I was just plain inattentive - put my £5 in the car park machine (or so I thought) and got the ticket, put it in the windscreen etc, didn't check the payment or the expiry time (see what I mean about not looking????) and when I got back to the car it turns out I only put £4 in, so my time had well run out and I had a £25 parking fine. When I checked, the other quid was still in my purse so only myself to blame!:mad:
I suppose I could have waited to pay the fine till a planned spendy day, but just wanted it out of the way & didn't want to forget and have to pay double.Debt Free since Nov 11 (ish) (except the £118000 mortgage) as at Jan 2013 but still hanging around DFW as I need to Stay On Track.

Hi!
A bit of a spend for me today, £2.99 to be precise! Went to the cinema courtesy of my mumso only paid a very little amount considering the kids wanted to eat anything and everything in the rip-off cinema !!
Rest of the week is likely to be spendy because OH is off work and the step-kids are here, so there will be 8 of us and we are planning to go out and stuff  but i WILL be frugal!
Goodbye all xxMortgage-free wannabe!0 -
NSD #13 for me
Tomorrow is pub quiz night so going to be tough but drinks and a meal before will be courtesy of a mystery shop ... haven't told my friend as I'm hoping she'll then buy me a drink during the quiz so I won't have to pay for anything. Bit cheeky but fingers crossed.0 -
