  • thanks for all the well wishes! :grouphug: Huge hugs back to everyone!
I'm sure things will work themselves out eventually - there's a new white candle in my nature space today. Just have to let "the management" know there's no space for more candles. :A emotionally 1 min I'm coping and then 1 min I'm blubbing. I guess thats the way of things too.

Okay ups and downs - upside we are officially DEBT FREE!
Them people that buy any car have put the cash into the bank and we've paid off my car. That was the last of it!

Decluttered home made Chinese food as a bit of a nod to the Chinese new year.

and before my head could get ugly I decided that I might as well have a go at that bathroom!

These black dogs - I'll have to put on my serious OI NO voice - you know the one where I catch the beagle climbing on the table or trying to get at stuff on the kitchen counter. Make them run off with their tail between their legs.
Well either that or send em here. We'll get our lot to whip em into shape and then send them back to you as assistance dogs that will help with your flying and bring your news paper and slippers ;) I mean there's gotta be a good use for them?
(keeping an eye out for one trying to get in here, gawds help him if he makes it in, the wolf pack wont like it!)

:hello:Hi to all my flylady friends!! I have had a really busy week, and haven't had a chance to pop in at all - I've missed you!

DS1, DS2 and DD have been helping, and I shall be flying tomorrow, so I'll have a little skim through, and then try and catch up with you ove the next few days.

    Love and hugs.

    Rubbish has been bagged up.
    Worktop all wiped.
    Highchair wiped.
    Paperwork moved to front hall.
    Rhys's bottles done.
    Another child put to bed.
    Both sinks now soaking.
    Table cleared and wiped.

Gonna grab a cuppa and do another HHC at 9.15

Paulies big massive hugs, i'm so sorry to hear your news.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

I've just attached one of those energy meters (thanks sparkleworld for the inspiration) and am going round switching things off and on and seeing how much they change the reading

    back later
How odd coincidence wise! I got mine today and have been doing exactly the same thing. Was astounding how much it went up the minute the kids got back from school!
Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.
Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.

I was wondering if someone can gently fling a fluffy mule for me please. My BD who was scratching at the door is now firmly in with me and I can't shake him
*Picks up Mumof2's BD by scruff of neck, frog-marches him to door and deposits him in garden with a swift boot up the bum*.
    *Wipes hands on skirt*
Right, having done that, I'm off to splat a few Darkspawn.
    *evil grin*

I'm here . . . Just busy with work and friends and avoiding housework (laundry is about all I'm doing although I did do the ironing yesterday). AF finally turned up this week for the first time since the the start of December and I've been for my blood tests at last. We have also acknowledged that I've probably been hormonal ever since :o but we hadn't really considered it because of all the other stresses. Apparently we can expect it to be another few weeks before things finally settle down.

Sounds like you're being very pragmatic about it. Watch out for those hormones as they last longer than you think and you both need to make allowances for them and your emotional reaction over the next few weeks and months.
