Ok, quick update - after a poor couple of days Tues/Weds (not eating bad stuff really, just too much!), I pulled my socks up and have been very good, doing 1 spinning class, 1 step class, 1 circuits class, 1 gym session, and 3 lots of JM DVD (all since Thursday!!!). I am prayin the scales show a loss tomorrow...

Sigh. Not such a good day today. I have eaten *some* chocolate, didn't even enjoy it that much (grr) and now have a headache!!! Dreading WI tomorrow, although I was good most of the week, did 4 Curves sessions and I am feeling a little lighter (could be imagining it though). Exercise over the weekend was almost nil as I was at mum's and the weather was awful.

Good luck to all for WIs tomorrow!!!

"WOW. I feel tired just reading that lol!!! :D" - i know tara747, I was exhausted yesterday!!!!

Despite all that, had WI this morning and I've put on 2 lbs:mad: - don't know how that is possible.

It is TOTM later this week, and H2B has tried to convince me that it's a combination of TOTM and muscle gain - I'm not convinced and I'm feeling really upset:( - has anyone else experienced this? Any words of advice?

Aw! It's really demoralising when that happens, but you really need to hold the faith and not sabotage what you've done this week, so you get a truer weigh-in reading next week and hopefully show a good loss. Easier said than done, I know:)

Despite daily fluctuations, my Monday morning weigh in result is going to be my"official" one. One and a half pounds off this week, which is OK after messing around throughout January. Are you recording individual losses, Dragon?

Need to get some exercise in this week, but finding it hard to get back to the gym :(. Haven't been since before Xmas :o, once i'm back in routine I enjoy the feel-good vibe so must pledge to do this this week . Keep asking me if I've been yet this week please ladies!

I was brave and weighed myself this morning. Starting weight is 14st exactly, which is about what I thought.
