I am atm doing the Mysupermarket thing. I have to check that rice offer, I have added:
2 x McCain 1.81Kg @ 3 both = 1.20/kg
1Kg Asda Long Grain Rice @ 60p
2Kg Silverspoon sugar @ 1.34 = 67p/kg
Walkers 24 multibag x 2 @ £5 both = 11p per bag
36 toilet rolls Asda Shades @ £13.77 = 38.3p per roll
I am wondering if I can make any of that cheaper somewhere. I saw that Tesco has PGtips 240 and Kenko decaff 200g in offer, both with a 2 x £7, so I will be buying those there since we have loads.Quit smoking *1st January 2010*

You betcha - I'm sat here having already secreted all of the toiletries, teabags etc, with heating and a light on, fresh out of a really hot, full to the brim bath. My body may well go into shock :rotfl:0 -
Evening all,
Made pizzas with the children for lunch, and saved a base and some sauce for OH lunch tomorrow, as he has a day off. Gonna use the remaining sauce for pasta for my lunch. Saved him some beef from the tea-time roast to make chilli beef pizza, had to get the chillis from MR T's and picked up some bits too.
Had a OS day, as dug over the veg plot ready for planting, and got the kids involved too. OMG, has someone hidden a million stones in my plot? no wonder my veg did not do so good last year!!! Still, here's hoping for success this year!!! It was nice to feel the sunshine, we don't see it often in inverness!!! Going for a NSD tomorrow, and all week if I can, got loads in so gotto make use of it all!
Have a good week all!0 -
