Sun £9.50 confirmation from operator?

I have noticed that my cheque has gone through the bank this morning, but as yet I've not had confirmation of my booking from the Sun, I requested for email confirmation.

Got our reply through the post last Thursday but didn't get an e-mail till yesterday so don't give up hope! If they've cashed your cheque at least you know you're going somewhere.

I'm confused got email on 16 Feb saying the sun couldn't accommodate any of my requests - even though I said any park any area with 4 different dates. The email gave me a special code to log in and book an alternative date and reosort. it let me pick the 1st date I asked for at a park in Cornwall. I booked and I've received confirmation from the park (Trelawne Manor in Looe) with a bill for £42.00. But The Sun haven't cashed my cheque for £38 yet?!?!?!?!
I don't mind paying the £42 on top as I still think £80 for 4 nights accommodation is bloomin cheap but £42 is better

Anyone had this???

My cheque cleared first. Yours probably will, sooner or later unless they've lost it. Then they'll more than likely ask you again.

The £42 charge is likely to be entertainment passes, energy, bed linen etc.

I got my Haven confirmation on Monday and it shows all the additions, on top of the £38 shown as paid.

My confirmation hads finally arrived through the post today!:j

Think it was our 2nd/3rd choice park but 3rd/4th choice date.

We can only stay for 2 of the three nights though so with all the add ons, not sure if we got that good a deal really, but we'll give it a go!

Yes, I received mine two weeks ago. Not very happy with the choice it was last option) And not looking forward to the parks confirmation asking for £xx for service charge and club passes.

you only have to pay for the service charges, depending on the site you go to the club passes are often not worthwhile getting in advance unless its somewhere like rockly park who will charge you double on the day. Linen is optional as well, I bring my own and often you get passes in welcome pack too.

I sent my postal form off with 10 tokens form the paper, what seems like an age ago now. Have checked email inbox and spam/filter folders everyday. Still nothing. Nothing through the post either.

Quite annoyed as friends who done similar, have already had their notification (one who send in a form a good week after me!)

I understand today is the last day to get an email, but I'm not holding onto any hope. Shame as it would have been the first break for me, my wife and our 18 month old son

Does anyone have the Telephone Number I have to call? Can't find it anywhere on the website.
