Sun £9.50 confirmation from operator?

The reason I'm getting a bit twitchy is that last time the holidays were out (Autumn), they couldn't give me what I applied for so they sent a letter for me to use this time saying I didnt have to collect any tokens. I sent this off with the booking form on the day the first token appeared in the paper - the idea was to get it processed before other applicants. They obviously don't do this though as I still havn't heard anything.

I booked online and received my confirmation today for our booking
It says I have 14 days from the issue date (21st Jan)

argh!!!! best hurry up and pay!

Booked by post and received confirmation from "Sue" today.

It did go to my spam folder (I use Gmail) so anyone who hasn't received yet maybe want to keep checking their spam folder for confirmation (or add the address holidaymail@communicatenow.co.uk to their safe senders list)

Hi, i've just found my email confirmation, it was sent 11 days ago! I've followed the link to pay, but the linen charge is on and no option to remove it. I never have their linen, so i need to phone to get that removed. Will i get a postal confirmation as well as this one? I booked online with the codes for a May holiday as soon as the second code word was guessed, or is this it? It doesn't say how long i have left to pay it off.

I booked to go to Haven in April and had my confirmation via email - rang them to take the linen off and paid over the phone. I got another email confirming the balance was nil - but was told over the phone that I'll need to print the email off to take with me as I won't receive anything through the post.

I still haven't heard anything new.
Booked online, got confirmation and paid ... but (after enquiring with the caravan park about the dog) had an email from them saying it's changed hands and they're not doing the sun holidays (I assume they're honoring other holidays).
A search of Companies House shows there have been 'problems'.
Will I hear anything from the Sun Holidays, will they just refund? I've emailed a while back - no reply yet.

I posted mine on the day the 10th token came out, the cheque was cashed over 2 weeks ago and i've still heard nothing, driving me mad now!lol

I sent mine off on 17 Jan, too. Cheque cashed on 1 Feb and I've received written booking confirmation through post today.

got mine ages ago and we're not going till July

Edited to add, I booked online we're going with Park resorts and we also only had a short time to pay the balance( 14 days from date of letter)
