Just seen an advert in the latest gas magazine for npower wanting service engineers. At the rates they are paying I'm not surprised at all the problems everyone on here is getting!!

I have had an email response from the npower rep, someone is looking into it. Lets see how long it takes to get a phone call out of them...0 -
I was promised a call back last night by another manager and he promised it would be done first thing in the morning and no later than midday.....
......No call yet so looks like I will be calling them again at my expense.....
Also the forum rep has sent me a cut and paste email saying it will be looked at as a matter of urgency, well it cant be that urgent as I got that email at just aftert 8am and I havent heard from them either.0 -
Predictably the promised call back from Fazeel the manager did not happen.
So at my expense again I have had to call them. Fazeel is not in today despite telling me last night that he was. Lied to again.
Npower should be ashamed of these constant lies.
I spoke to Daniel instead who tells me one of the parts will be delivered tomorrow and the other on friday. He says he will call me to confirm they have arrived..... Ive heard that one before.
Another engineer is booked for first thing Saturday morning pending arrival of parts.
Im really tearing my hair out with these people!0 -

How much..?Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -

A google search shows that hometeam 50 is run by Homeserve for npower so presumably you are speaking with Homeserve ?0 -

Couldnt stand the pay cut myself....
The higher rate of £26k might be ok as a stop gap if it were a 9 to 5 weekday type job as long as you get the time to do the job properly and it formed part of a package of other benefits.

Hell I would be happy if I earned even the lower end of what gas engineers are paid
Meggsy: I have tried emailing the executive complaints email address twice but I never get any response so have given up trying.
Whenever I have rang I have always got through to Npower, dont think I have ever spoken to homeserve and the engineers turn up in npower branded vans0 -
TODAYS UPDATE:
Npower have received both parts from their suppliers and they should be delivered to the engineer today so I have booked the engineer in for this afternoon after 3.30PM
Fingers crossed !!!0
