Doesn't work like that , buyer can still claim a refund easily from paypal and as ebay have suspended the OP again even ebay may well just refund in this instance.

I would be happier knowing the answer to some of my questions in my last post before offering specific advice. The OP mentions a brand new account and as she has several bans behind her we need to know if this account is a legit one in her own name and all previous issues have been resolved, or whether OP is using someone elses account in this instance. I would like to rule out the possibility that the ban was not as a result of this single incident but is a result of trading while banned on another account.

It is incredibly difficult to get banned for one issue like this, even on a new account especially as OP has been co operative and has agreed to a refund. That leaves the possibility that this is somehow a continuation of previous issues and if that is the case then OP needs different advice on how to tackle this even to the extent of ruling out th eposisbility that the actions from the buyer are a deliberate malicious intent to get the OP banned.

I dont think its unreaosnable to ask for the item back in return for a refund...its that bad shed do it. But i bet she knows it would cost a lot to do!

No it is not in someone else's name and previous suspension was lifted ages ago as Ive mentioned several times.
