:T aww thank you bonnington, I often wonder if I moan far too much for people to bother reading my goings on :rotfl:nice to know i've been missed :blushing:
Hello Abba :j
no news on tenants yet (boooooohiss) but will be back on to them today to see if there are any updates if not will go ahead and see if cheeky mare that wanted discount is still waiting to hear
I also need to get some invoices typed up as ones that the bloke produced weren't good enough so i will do them myself. Hmm, only thing is I don't know how to do an invoice. Hoping Google will help me :grinheart
Then will post those off in hope i can claim something back from last tenants bond ()
It is getting colder here, thinking i may need to put the heating on soon......am holding out for as long as possible though!!!!MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. Well thanks to my stupid cheap rubbish mobile (grrr) i missed 3 calls yesterday  2 from my letting agents, 1 from my dad. Letting agents got back to me about lady who offered £45 less a month. She has upped her offer by £25 so only losing out on £20 a month....so i said YES :j she wants to move in dec 1st so hopefully all will now go to plan!
Dad is getting back to me re the invoices i need to try and make a claim on those bonds!
I've spent the morning re-touching the paint in my living room. Looks much cleaner now and brighter :T also got round to cleaning, sanding and painting kids old toy box :j ds1 helped me so once that is dry that can go in their rooms and some of the toys from downstairs are going up there. I need to go to the shops (think i will do that today) and get 4 locks so i can bolt doors locked and ds2 (a.k.a mess maker) can't get into any bedroom but his, and any room but the hall way and living room :rotfl: he may then learn that he is not allowed to trash the entire house and until he stops doing it he is banned from every room unless he has supervision~!!
Kids having lunch, then park, then need to have a look and see what sort of locks i need online before i go out and get them.
I'm off to my mums this saturday as she has the day off, i will stay over night and drop ds1 off at school sunday evening before heading back to my house. Be nice to see everyone and i also want to try and help my sister if i can. She has got herself into a bit of a mess, debt wise and her and her OH have split up so it's getting worse. She can't afford her rent but is in london and it's the cheapest there is down therei am going to print her a SOA off and try and help her fill it out or give it to mum if i don't see her and ask mum to help her. Thing is they are both dyslexic and get confused and frustrated with form filling. Even if it is just a matter of putting numbers from a bill into empty spaces. SO hopefully i will have enough time to help her :T
DS2 has a new toy hoover :j thanks to a friend who was throwing one out! He is obsessed with hoovers and his last toy one doesn't work (was from boot fair anyway to be fair and hardly worked when we got it!)
Have purchased top ups for ds1 & myself today for our mobiles so £30 total spend there, and hopefully just money on locks and that is it.
Must go, kids killing one another. Again.MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Well another spend day here! Really need to get off the mark with these nsd's!!
I have the door locks so need to get those on!
I'm very tired today though, ds was up at 4amand dd wet her bed at 5am. Then she decided she needed the toilet whilst in the bath (sorry a little too much info lol) so she was on her second bath of the day before even 6am. *Yawn*
Had breakfast out. Will be the last time I go there have decided! We're off to sainsbug or a$da next week as the price has gone up and the amount of breakfast items gone down. tut. esp when i have a hangover. I need my hash browns, sausages & bacon!!!!!
After my shopping at a$da i decided to go on their website with my receipt to see if i qualified for a voucher, and i did :j I got a £5 off a £40 shop and £6.56 off my next shopping bill so if i spend £40 next week I will only have to pay £28.44 :T so even though i don't think i need that much i will stock up on cupboard items as they will technically be free :T:j
This afternoon i'd love nothing better than to go back to bed, am super tired and can't stop yawning. my kids, they seriously need to learn to sleepunfortunately dh at work till tonight and i can't trust my 13 yo with the little ones! early to bed for me i think!
Not heard anything from letting agents, so hoping, No news is Good news!! and i will soon have hopefully a new contract in the post for me to sign :jMORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000.
