  • YEAH!!!!!!

Mine are only off for a week but I see them every day. Hubbies turn to be off half term too, so I'll be at work more. (not sure if that's good or bad)

  • I'm still v.happy thinking about the next 2 weeks! No doubt, ds1 is in full swing of being 13 now though lol and will be driving us mad after the first 2 days :p

Abba, If i lived where you do I think i'd have had the heating on about 2 weeks ago! (at least!) we're lucky that it is windy here but still pretty warm in the sun so i'm resisting so far! Last night I had on a jumper in bed, 2 hot water bottles and socks haha was nice and warm and toasty though ;)

NSD today :j:j so up to NINE now! and still 11 days left in the month!!! Really want 15 this month but with ds coming back tomorrow i'm not going to hold my breath :rotfl:

Won't be a nsd tomorrow but will be a lsd just £3 toll charges on the roads. Already have petrol and will bring snacks in car. Doing nothing today if i can help it! Kids had me up again all night and i've got an awful headache ...hoping we don't all get ill now right before our trip away!

  • Lord thats a lot of no spend days, I cant manage them very much with parking at work and shopping ona weekend. Pfft!
    Trying to shift that debt!
  • well i've found some bits to list on ebay/facebook...had a good de-clean of ds1 room for tomorrow :T and found some toys & other bits so will see if i can sell them. If i can't then may just give them to the toy library!

As a result of ds1 clean room I now have a cluttered bedroom for 2 weeks :( absolutely hate clutter grrrrrr! But it needs to go somewhere I guess!

I'm also thinking of having a thorough clear out of some toys as kids just throw them around then trample all over them  wouldn't mind if they were ever played with! I am so glad I stuck to a certain number of presents this year and didn't go over board!! At least I might be able to get a bit of money for the old toys though ;) and i'm also wondering if it is cheeky to sell ds1 t.v before xmas as i'll prob get more for it :rotfl:he's getting a new one for xmas but i think he might tell me to get lost if i steal the old one till then :p

I've got someone picking up something they won on eBay in a bit and going to get the rest ready as most have paid...can't wait to add up my totals.

dinner is sorted out but not from cupboards :o!! I sent dh off with my bank card and told him to get a couple of pizza's and some drinks for us all! Still it's kinda mse as I told him to get it from tesco and not pizza hut :rotfl:

have worn myself out again. Really getting fed up of these random energy slumps! Think next month out of my pocket money i am going to buy some iron supplements. will google it and see if i can buy in bulk cheaper as the one i used to get was £20 odd for a months supply and they don't prescribe it!

Think ds2 is going through a growth spurt. 5am he ate an entire bowl of grapes, 2 fromage frais, and 2 slabs of chocolate ( he found this in my cupboard lil monster!! this wasn't offered lol) then 7 am he woke up starving again so dh got up with him! by 9.30 when i got up and had some pancakes (made by dh, he must be after something) he ate a whole 1!!!! Then he had lunch, sandwich & crisps. then I got myself soup and bread and he has eaten half of it :eek: !!!!!!?!!!!!!!!!!!! He is small for his age i guess lol perhaps he will start to catch up his sister now :p!!

Still not packed for weekend feeling very lazy tbh. And dh can do his, ds1 can do his. I'm bringing as many jeans and jumpers and thick socks as i can pack and will throw some stuff in for kids whilst they are getting ready for bath then done lol!

Decided to go to tesco once we are in the caravan as apparantly there is one near there (according to google!) need petrol though once dh has picked up ds! Omg all this thinking, budgeting of money and switching from one place to another all the time is giving me a headache :(

In fact my case of lazy-itus is that bad today I am debating whether to text dh and get him to buy the cake from tesco, under the sneaky guise that i'd rather ds1 choose it himself so i can be sure he likes it. Hmm. Do you think that's a little bad??!!!
