    Awww DFW I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. My children are continually pushing me to my limits of patience, particularly DS at the moment. I hope your chinos aren't ruined, if you have a bleach stain on them it might be worth trying to bleach them all and then try dying them a new colour!

    Take care xxx

    Sending those big hugs whizzing down the motorway again DFW.

    Nothing wrong with crying and lord knows how many times the kids have pushed us all that little bit too far. We've all been there and done it and felt terribly guilty afterwards, but we remember it far longer than the children do . Please try not to beat yourself up over it, you have alot of worry at the moment , and a slightly shorter fuse than usual is to be expected.

    Really hope the Chinos arent ruined.

    Tomorrow is another day and hopefully it will be a better one for you .

    Another one here who agrees with all of those above. Every child has pushed us a little too far at some point. I hope you feel better in the morning :)

    ((DFW))

    Kids who'd have em??? :rotfl::rotfl:

    I have smacked my children before in temper and the shock meant I have never done it again.

    You are doing so well and never forget that - the problem is your work never ends - if you had a job outside the home and work to do then you complete the work and move on to the next piece but at home it is continuous and you never seem to get a break.

    What has made you stop the anti-d's? Can you go back on them?

    There is no shame in taking anti-d's, my DH has been on them for 16 years now. In that time he has been on varying strengths but it seems every time he starts lowering them a 'big' crisis occurs and he has to have them increased again.

    The GP said that DH will likely be on them for life as it is a chemical inbalance that causes his depression although his depression first surfaced when he was 16 and his dad died.

    I can really notice if DH has not taken his medication as he shouts and gets angry over really minor things - I would rather he took them forever and he was much happier.

    Big hugs! You are a wonderful mum, don't feel guilty.
  • Im hoping you arent drowning in a sea of tears after reading the truths on this page.

    Look, if the chinos are ruined they give you child leverage for the next 50 years. When they want to put you into the cheap nursing home you can croak "Chinos" at them, and be checked into OAP Hilton.

    Big hugs, every day is a step forward to the next adventure. Its just a shame some of them have mild peril xx
