thank you slm & abba :j If i had the money to pay up 6 months in advance I wouldn't! I'd rather keep it in my bank and earn 6p interest on it :rotfl: but they may be paying it out of a student loan as it's another student moving in? So i suppose that way he can't spend it all at once :rotfl:
Had a shocker this morning  asda told me my card had failed  and they won't be bringing my shopping !!! Luckily i rang up and it went through over the phone! I've no idea why it failed though as we are paid today ??
This morning i need to post off tenancy agreements so they arrive before thursday (nice of them to give me plenty of time to do this.........they only arrived yesterday !! )
Then it is home to chill out, my back is playing up again so need to rest up on itThen when the shopping arrives i need to play a little game of fitting all the frozen stuff in the freezer as Te$co order filled it up already yesterday
!

Hi DFW
I am so pleased that your tenants have paid upfront for 6 months, good for your cashflow but DONT'T TOUCH IT!
Love your December goals as well, especially the prozac quote. I might have to write some December goals up on my own diary.
Take care xxx0 -

well i've updated 3 creditors on my dmp. Only one was actually lower than we thought!
Aqua (grr) have started charging us interest fully again. We called cccs and asked if we could offer just one creditor a f&f when we get our money (i.e aqua who are charging us more each month than we are paying!) and they said no. They told us we had to give the money to them they would then evenly distribute itwhich isn't what i wanted AT ALL! I wanted to get rid of the creditors who are pain in the behinds and charging 37+ apr % interest!!!
Anyway we'll have to see how much we are paid first it may not be enough to do a f&f for one anyway!
Shopping arrived 2 mins within the time slot. Poor bloke looked like he'd been run off his feet all day! 6 things were missing on the list so i stil have to go out this week and grab them. Suppose at least it's not 116 items lol! Will prob do that tomorrow as one of them is toothpaste and we need that by the weekend!
Anyway i just about managed to cram all the food in the freezer so all is good and our stock cupboard is fit to burst with goodies (and toilet roll and nappies lol)
Hope everyone is having a good day

Evening / afternoon
I have made £5 today, ok not much but it will go into the emergency fundswas from one of my survey sites and i only need to do maybe 500 more surveys before reaching next payout. easy peasy :rotfl:
Spends today include breakfast out, a sledge (i am expecting snow, and will be sorely disappointed if we get NONE!)
Saved money on bus & parking though as a nice friend gave us a lift in to town :T
Also spent £7 on sending a parcel, for a secret santa I do  this was nearly more than the presents inside
Tenants are in :j:T now just to wait for funds to clear (hopefully beginning of next week latest, or i shall be onto letting agents )
Tomorrow i'm off to ald1 to see if i can get some cheap alcohol. It's dh birthday soon and he has to work tonight, tomorrow night & he's away all week from the 10ththink he's feeling a bit down so will go find him a nice bottle of red...i have his present ready just need to wrap it (do you think xmas paper will be ok :rotfl:)
Have 60 odd surveys to catch up on  and really have no motivation to do them whatsoever. Anyone else watching the programme on super couponing/ or frugal living or some such thing on ch4 later? I'm off up to bed to watch it (where it is warm!) seeing as though DH is not here to moan about me watching 'carp'
Now i'm hoping this reply sends as this is the 3rd attempt at writing this ()

Hi i am currently watching it on 4+1 as only just spotted it. It reminded me to use my coupons more. Only problem is that my printer is currently not working so i can print off any new ones at the moment and no money to sort it out. Great news on the making £5 on surveys thoughMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Afternoon
I have over a dozen watchers on one item on ebay :T so hoping to make my money back on that item that i paid for it
Have completed some surveys, one for £2 :j got screened out of another as i was too oldoh well.
Have spent the morning scrubbing house clean, it sparkled for all of 10 mins before kids got up and ruined it again! Then i babysat for a friend and haven't done anything since!
Oh apart from de-frost my fridge-freezer which is ram packed of foodi can't get the drawer open with the milk in because they have expanded so much so now we have to defrost it hoping they will reduce enough to get the drawer open grrr!
Have found a few bits to ebay but may just send to charity shop as only 99p items and i think they are more hassle than it is worth sometimes(or am i just lazy)
Hubby working again tonight. He's shattered, ferrying everyone to parties and then having to stand around waiting until they want lifts home!! i'm going to have a nice bath & go to bed early still feeling exceptionally tired, guess it doesn't help that i was up at 6am cleaning today and didn't stop till 10am :rotfl:oh well saves on gym fees!
