I love the thought of you running through Mr. Ts with your eyes shut. I agree about DDs I get quite disappointed if nothing has gone out of the bank mind you it is better still when something has gone in

            Morning!!
Beat the Debt - Your not being nosey at all, I didn't go into too much detail on my first post because I fel if I tried to lay it all out I was in danger of telling a stroy and not actually getting on with it!! My debt minus Mortgage is £31212.08 wich is starting to bother me, I'm fed up with paying off something only to find we "need" to repalce a car, have stuff done on the house etc.
I really would like to pay as I go, in future so I am determined to get this down.
LAM2011- I do use the slow cooker occasionally but pressure myself with tryig to think of different things, I seem to only get around to using it for stew, so I have headed over to the Old Style board for inspiration! I know that a large amount of my spending goes on fancy ingredients for meals I only seem to cook once, so I have challenged myself to not by anymore spices until I have used what I have!!!
3 Jars of juniper berries anyone?
So my trip to Mr T's went OK'ish I had DD & DS with me so not as MSE as it could have been, on the up side DD did bring her discount card so I still came in under £50 Hurrah! and I think I now just need a few veg and some kitchin roll until next Thurs !! mostly due to finding all sorts of treasure in the freezer
 Have a good day all

I know what you mean about getting bored with stew lol. I only suggest that as we used to have a lot of takeaway due to busy lifestyle but since we moved to the farm nobody will deliver out here and I started using the slow cooker. I even bought a book 101 slow cooker ideas or something :rotfl: I havent even tried one as I dont have half the ingredients. I go through phases now of remembering to get up in time before work to get it ready (we leave at 7:30 in morning and dont get home till 6pm) and then packing it away for weeks on end.
I think I may wander over to the section of old style ....
 have a nice day 0 0

Hmmm Lam perhaps a move to the country would help? a bit extreme but I'm sure the hounds would like it
You have however spurred me on and the slow cooker is out ready to bubble away tomorrow for a meal later in the week (hurrah!)
 NSD day yesterday !!
Nothing on the payment front however I have lost another 1lb not amazing considering I have been good with food and the gym however I think that
I need to stop the weights and go do some cardio!
 Have a good weekend all

If only you had posted that a few weeks ago I had to buy some to make Christmas lunch part of the venison marinade ingredients was hoping to be able to do it again for my birthday lunch but the shop I get the venison from I pass only every few weeks and they didn't have any. Coming in next day could post it to me but at £7 p&P that was never going to happen
Weightloss is still going in the right direction and 10lbs down is a good target to have reached :j

            Morning,
Well it's tidy up and reclaim the house from the last 3 weeks working, teaching at weekends is financially a bonus but plays havoc with my decluttering
So cleared through, washing on, generally tidy off to the shops and the gym and then to tackle DS room:eek: ready for some new storage
