I really could scream reading all of the above!!! Needless to say I have been had hook line and sinker by the above mentioned DISCOUNTPETCARE.CO.UK Iplaced an order for a flea treatment for my cat (not a px one) and had been starting to get concerned that it was taking a bit too long to arrive!!! I went to the website and tried the number.............and then the penny dropped!!!! The site is STILL up and running!! Please do not ever ever ever place an order with these guys!!! Am now very very worried as they have my card details???!!

Like others wish I'd seen this first! Ordered advocate 2 months ago for our 2 GSDs as seemed good price & didn't need prescription like other sites. Delivered within days from Barbados!!! Invoice price half of quoted price and different from charged to my account. Queried and sorted ok. Have used for 2 months and noted no ill effects ** SEE UPDATE** but then saw this forum! Contacted Bayer Health (manufacturers) with batch and expiry details on pack. Bayer confirmed Advocate is prescription only drug and that only one of the batch numbers was genuine and queried transport and storage details. Also confirmed that this website was being investigated by the Vetinary Medicines Directorate.
Website is still active and I could have put in a new order -- but I didn't!
DON'T use this website if you value your pets - some of the stuff is NOT GENUINE and storage is suspect.
**UPDATE - This product from this source DID NOT WORK. One dog developed severe flea investation. Back to the Vets tomorrow!!

Placed an order 10 days ago and it arrived today from Singapore. I bought wormers and flea control for my cat and it all looks ok. Much cheaper than anywhere else and on the website it says "genuine uk medication", so I will use it and hope for the best.

Hi I ordered from these people over 10 days ago and order still hasnt arrived think we have been scammed. It annoys me that this company are still taking peoples money. Wish I had not bothered and paid abit more money at the vets which im gonna have to do now.

I placed an order with them last Wednesday.Have not received acknowledgement or payment receipt. I sent them an e-mail and have received one back which tells me that my order was successfully received by them. Nothing to say that the items are being processed or despatched. However, Ive used suppliers in past who do not acknowledge one's orders but the items arrive within a reasonable time. Their HQ appears to be central London. They can be traced by police and lawyers if they are operating fraudulently. hm

My first order was in April 2011 and i only received part of the order then. I emailed them as no luck with the phones and had no reply to my email. A couple of months later i tried another order and received that with no problem. I now place an order on 28th January 2012 and not received it. I tried to contact them on 20th February which is nearly 3 weeks since the order was placed, taking into account the bad weather we have had lately, but the number was constantly engaged. I then came across this forum and started to have my doubts, i have contacted the Trading Standards and they say to send a recorded delivery letter to them, as although i have not received the goods under the Distance Selling Regulation consumers have 30 days to cancel the order, whether received or not. I have also contacted my bank as i paid by Visa card and they can refund on the Visa Charge Back but i have to wait a further 30 days to see whether or not they contact me. I emailed the company yesterday and i got a reply back today asking me to confirm my address and postcode, I also noticed on my bank statement that they took more money than my actual total (they have not responded to this question), they also said that as i had not got a prescription my order was dispatched internationally (no idea from where). I have now replied back confirming my address was correct and that i would appreciate it (as i now have concerns), that they do not resend the goods but to kindly refund me back my money. Awaiting to see what reply i get back.
I would seriously warn people not to use this company, it may be cheaper than the vet but you can trust a vet.

I have used the above people for about four times now and I have not had any problems with my orders except they can take anything up to 12-14 days to come .
My latest order took only 7 days to arrive.

I placed an order from this company two weeks ago, and last week my card was cloned and i had £595 stolen from my account.....coincidence???? After reading all the posts here, i dont think so!! They too took more from my account then the original payment. Lesson well learnt. But what I cant understand is how this company is still trading after all the complaints etc! Well I will be informing the fraud team, trading standards and perhaps watchdog!!!!
