    Oh.
I bought one foam colour at sainsburys there was discount and decided to dye my light brown hair while my toddler is taking his daytime nap...
It is the worst colour I ever tried. It was so messy, not easy at all as it was with John Frieda.
Medium brown. blablabla...after 10 minutes my hair are nearly black.black not brown and how would i look like if I left it for 25 minutes as stated???
By the way it wasn't enought to dye my long hair.and foam it dissapeared so quickly that it was almost impossible to foam all head. And there are some lighter patches on back of my head.
Yes it was right choice to look good before our holidays....
I'm furious, angry and so dissapointed.
    Awful experience.

My little pink box arrived last Friday, I wasnt to keen on the mid brown colour that was sent, so I'm going to get myself another one, with one of the 2 free vouchers.

I dyed my friends hair for her on the Friday evening and I found the dye quite hard to use to be honest, its more of a runny mouse than a foam, and doesnt look anything like the nice thick foam you see on the tv advert.

Saying that though, the results were very good. The colour was even with a nice shine, and my friend was very happy with the result.
You even get 2 sachets of conditioner which smells lovely.

Personally I wouldnt buy this , I would stick with my usual dye (perfect 10)
Yes it is runny mouse!I couldn't find foam too.

  • i requested black/dark brown and received light blonde. Lol. Will use the vouchers to get suitable colour and give the blonde to a friend. Hoping that it is easier than normal dye but reading through other responses makes me think i could be very wrong.... Still i have plenty of old towels. :-)

I took mine back to a shop and managed to get it changed without having to use the vouchers ;)

  • I received mine today and the colour which says it is light blonde isn't the right colour so i will be finding someone to give that to .

Has anyone had any good experiences with this foam colour, with the colour coming out like it is expected to? I am a bit afraid to try mine now as I don't want to turn out with it almost black

I got dark brown to put over my already dark brown hair (and its naturally dark brown but I wanted some shine added) and it now looks black  I notice it comes out a bit everytime I wash......I don't know if I like it or not? LOL

Oh and a bit of foam flew off my hand and landed on the bathroom door, which now has a lovely blue/black stain on it :(

Nope - can't get a decent foam either. There is a slightly better "foam" after I have used half the runny stuff from the bottle and my grey is showing through after only 2 weeks. The foam is nothing like the wonder stuff on the TV ad, you expect a spot of "artisic licence" these days, but that was ridiculous!

Thoroughly disapointed and wont ever buy this item again.

I totally agree. This stuff is rubbish. Used it this afternoon and it's terrible. I couldn't get any foam at all. It was just runny in my hand with a few soapy bubbles. The colour is supposed to be golden brown, but it's nearer to black.

I really don't think I dare use this stuff now!! I think I'll stick to my Casting Creme Gloss which gives a lovely vibrant (but safe) warm chocolate colour with visible natural looking tones
