I got mine but didn't get an email. I'm not too sure about the colour I got though and was wondering if anyone has tried to change theirs?:rotfl:Survey Queen/Poundland Fanatic:rotfl:0

Literally just received mine (courier arrived at 8.30PM!) - very embarrassing as I had to answer the door in my dressing gown as was just about to get into the bath!!! LOL
Anyway, REALLY pleased. I got the shade I requested, together with two vouchers - all in a lovely pink box.
Great find OP!0 -

If you get the colour you DO want with one of your vouchers, you will then have a receipt to take the colour that was originally supplied back to ASDA (or wherever), say you (or relative!!) made an error when choosing colour and can you do a straight swop. Can't see why they'd refuse as you have a receipt.
I might try and change mine now you have given me the idea - it had not occurred to me until I had a think that there may be an easy way of changing it.A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0 -

Aaargh - did anyone's arrive via Home Delivery Network? I've had a card from them today and can only think it's this - anything I know is coming via courier I always get delivered to work, but assumed this would be Royal Mail. Depot is 20 miles away and they won't redeliver on Saturday or to alternative address
I've got another HDNL package due at work 'on or before Thursday' so maybe I can try rearranging this for Thursday and asking the driver of that parcel if he's got the other one too and will hand it over...

Yes, mine was HDN too. It arrived at 8.30pm this evening - not sure if that's good service or not! :rotfl:0 -

It's not that I'm being ungrateful but when it comes to dying my hair I really want to make sure that it's right! And I'm just nto sure about this colour - think is a plan - thanks xxx:j:rotfl:Survey Queen/Poundland Fanatic:rotfl:0 -
My little pink box arrived last Friday, I wasnt to keen on the mid brown colour that was sent, so I'm going to get myself another one, with one of the 2 free vouchers.
I dyed my friends hair for her on the Friday evening and I found the dye quite hard to use to be honest, its more of a runny mouse than a foam, and doesnt look anything like the nice thick foam you see on the tv advert.
Saying that though, the results were very good. The colour was even with a nice shine, and my friend was very happy with the result.
You even get 2 sachets of conditioner which smells lovely.
Personally I wouldnt buy this , I would stick with my usual dye (perfect 10)£100 - £10,0000
