Graham White Solicitors pursuing with County Court Claim

Following failed appeal to Elite Management Ltd over PCN in June 2010 and consequently receiving letters and phone calls from Roxburghe and Graham White, I am now in receipt of the illusive, it seems, County Court Claim Form. I've ignored all previous correspondence as suggested but this is more intimidating. Can anyone offer a clue as to what I should do, please?

Are you sure it is genuine? Fake court papers are not unknown.
Does it have a court stamp and a claim number?

Oo Hello Chaps, thank you for responding so promptly.

Yes, the form has a claim number and a sort of stamp, however, I would have expected something a little more sophisticated like an embossed stamp. Should I call the court telephone number? Really appreciate your help, thanks again.

Yes, call the court and check. If it does turn out to be real, go to the Pepipoo forum and start a new thread, you will get expert help.

I take it you researched the telephone number for the county court independently?

There is a 'legal expert' on the honest john motoring forum who may be able to help.

I'd post a link, but I'm not allowed to because I'm new here and can't be trusted.
