So spent my night in bloody tears and now dont want to get married. My brother who is also my best mate cant come to the wedding. He went into hospital for a major operation and it has been confirmed that he wont be out, im feeling slightly selfish but i am devastated.

Was 5 days and excited now 5 days and cant be bothered!!

Saintly - Awww, sorry to hear that. I hope he gets better soon. Have you spoken to him about how this has made you feel? If you're best mates I'm sure he'd not want you to cancel/postpone your wedding because of it. See how you feel in the morning. And make sure you do a toast to him not being there.
