I reckon white chocolate ganache would go with your carrot cake!

I just use buttercream under mine, stack and fill them and apply buttercream to the sides (i have a turn table which I will then turn and scrape off any uneven bit, and kind of just level the top by eye)

Then I leave to set, mist with water and stick the fondant to it

See i never get on with Buttercream. after i put the fondant on i always get a lump out the side where it comes from the middle. lol. I'll try the ganache then. I have a turntable too. And the scraper so it should be interesting. lol.

Lol Katie - I was watching it last night & felt really nervous & my eyes were welling up. It all feels really sereal at the moment & I still can't beleive we are finally going to be maried.

Yes, I want all the stories & photos please:D By the time I get back from Rhodes there should be loads of them for me to look at.

When I picked my dress up it fitted beautifully, if I do say so myself:rotfl:But i'm currently trying to eat as little as possible & do loads of exercize as I don't want to be worrying what i'm eating for the first 5 days of my holidays. The dressmaker says there is room in it with it been lace up & she got married abroad & said there is no point worrying about what you eat as you don't want to spoil your holiday so I know it will be ok it's just my nagging self thats worrying about eating!

Ps - can you tell I can't concerntrate on work!
