Good luck to everyone getting married tomorrow! Hope everything goes amazingly!!

I can't believe it our month already!!

I have good news guys- had a job interview this morning and got offered the job this afternoon! Since next week is my last week and my current job and then i'm off for 4 weeks for wedding/honeymoon, next week may be my last week at work!

Now I've got the stress of applying for new jobs out of the way I can fully concentrate on wedding stuff!
  • I am dead on my feet! Just got home, been at the hall all afternoon doing food and trying to turn it from a bare room to somewhere you can enjoy a reception. Time to sleep if only my co-sleeping son would agree!!
Good luck everyone else getting married tomorrow xx
My big fat eBay wedding £1200 budget! 1st September 2012!!
Mummy to two little soldiers and still mothering my solider htb! X

  • Uuuuuurrrgh...

Well I had my hen do yesterday. I went pole dancing with the girls. Was soooo much fun :D I have real admiration for pole dancers now. It is such a tough sport! Then we went out drinking in the evening. I had the standard Bride to be sash on that had lights on, A shot glass round my neck with a 3D willy in the bottom, a veil with stars on and a headband with flashing willies on....Classy huh ;) One of my bridesmaids didn't turn up at all to the day so I'm thoroughly p*ssed off about that! Apparently Moving house while your 6 months pregnant is better than spending the day having fun with the bride to be :(

But a good night was had by all who went. Crawled into bed at 2 this morning, and fell out at 12pm :rotfl: I absolutely ACHE from the pole dancing. My arms feel like they have been hit multiple times and i have bruises on my legs from the "chaffing" on the pole :rotfl: OH has been amazing to me today though just letting me have a mega lazy day :D

OH's stag do in London next weekend. He gets 3 days of stag do fun. lol.

Met with our photographer yesterday to look around the venue with her as she'd never been there before. She arranged it, we said we'd meet up at 9am...she arrives at 10. 1 Hour late! That doesn't really fill me full of confidence...OH was not best pleased. Oh and she didn't even say sorry for being late...What should I do? Let it go or say something to her? I just don't want to mention something, get her back up and then she take rubbish photos. Really not what I need this close to the wedding...

Bridesmaids dresses still need altering and we still haven't found anyone to do it!

Panic mode at the moment. But on a happier not, I've nearly finished the Roses for the cake and I'm so chuffed with them. I'll get a photo up soon of what they look like :)

Congrats to PM & everyone else who got married yesterday

And I hope the wedding is going well for Tracey today :D

Less than 2 weeks left
What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..

Starting to stress now because I can't make any decisions on music! It was my mission to day to sit down and decide but I can't find anything I really like :(

Forget about the concept of "wedding" music. What music do you listen to in "real" life?

Nene, your hen do sounds like a right laugh!! Hope the bruises fade before the wedding ;) For the dresses - Yellow Pages! How much alteration do they need? Re. the photographer, I wouldn't actually say anything, but would make it obvious in an email - send the timings of the day "to confirm" and slip in something along the lines of "Photographer to arrive at brides house NO LATER than 10am"

OH had his "English" stag do last night for the guys who couldn't go to Serbia. He came home at 2am, which is much better than the 5am of his usual nights with the lads, but he did start at 3pm, and came home in the boot of a car as his mates bundled him in :rotfl: Sure your fella will have fun in London - do you know what they've planned?
