XD I was SOOO chuffed with the dress on the day (although I did rake up a TON of leaves and twigs round the zoo and most of the day it made rattling maraca sounds (dry leaves) when I walked but it just added even more to the fun and craziness of the day LOL

Also loving married life! Alot of people say that when you get married its no different at all. But we are in that newly-wed lovey-dovey state of still getting giddy when calling each other husband and wife LMAO xx

We just had our pre-wedding photoshoot! It was so much fun. I really like our photographers, they're very good at getting us relaxed, while they have a brilliant eye for light and composition. Can't wait til they get back to us with the pics!

Tomorrow, going to meet the DJ and talk him through all the music for the ceremony and evening. 17 days to go!

I have a small rant. Drop outs!

So far we've had 15 drop out after saying they'd come.
5 were 2 months ago due to a family (his) freud
Another 5 being his brother, wife & 3 kids were last week, closely followed by a friend of his.. and now his Aunty, her partner & son have cried off tonight!

I've already managed to sweet talk the venue co ordinator into allowing us only 92 (adult meals) when we signed for 100 (having invited 145 I didn't think we'd be less!!). So in anticipation I'd been asking evening do people to come for the whole day in case of last last minute (few days before) droper-outers and had popped numbers up to 94, but now I'm below again!! Arggh!

I'm never gonna have my table plan correct at this rate! Everytime I think it's done and lovely, more flake out. Quite frankly wondering if it'd be rude to invoice folk for the £60 p/head they're costing me with their lame excuses!! lol

yep im in the same boat regarding drop outs. the latest one was one of the videographers, 3 days before the wedding day (thankfully we had 3 videographers)

its so annoying and costs a bloody fortune.

I'm on the other end of the spectrum...I really wish we'd have drop outs. Because 8 extra people have said yes, we now can't get married in the room i wanted and have to have the standard room
