Apologies - I did check but no where in the thread was it mentioned that he didnt have PR.
He could ask to be put on the birth certificate (as you are not disputing the fact that he is the father)
I was going through a solicitor to sort out contact for my DD with ex - he was similar to yours - but Ex was happy to let me pay fee's. Backfired on him, I realised what was happening, have now stopped all legal letters etc, case still opened so he cant use the solicitors (they're the best locally) and have told him to take me to court.
Am waiting on him to get a solicitor to contact me with his proposed dates of contact, Mine will then send the original letter saying every other sunday 9-5 and we'll go from there. I havent denied my ex contact, but as mine has PR i've said DD is not to go out my sight (but this is because ex refuses to tell me where he lives and am worried he not bring DD back) but currently he hasnt seen her for 3 weeks (his choice, not mine)
I wouldnt be happy about the GF being around your child BUT it may work in your advantage - I'd be sneaky and get a meeting with him AND his GF away from the house and ask WHY he insists you being there etc. He may back down in front of GF - I bet she doesnt know what he's up to0 -
it might focus his mind about the night nanny and his girlfriend supervising to know that 'when' you go to court to get access defined by a court order, the court will order it to be supervised in a centre by strangers who will be checking on his behaviour seeing as you both cant agree on who should supervise
you also have the right to take this to request contact orders, its not just for the parents without residence, so that the children can have some stability in times and venues without all this causing stress in the home0 -
so, it's visiting time

He was ten minutes late. Super start!0 -
Make sure you keep a record of this. One late start is nothing - if it's every time, it will strengthen your case.0
