  • My own thoughts on the matter are like many other companies when it goes smoothly job done.
When a snag happens they don't want to know.
I have used Parcels4delivery twice the first time was fine the second they failed to pick up so had to wait in for another day.

My brother used another company they where fine the first few times then he shipped a table form England and it had been very well wrapped.
First of all it got lost and then they blamed him for changing the tracking number (I wasn't aware he could hack into computer systems).
Then they found it and delivered it sort of.
It was obvious that it had been dragged and their was damage to the corners where the packing had rubbed away through friction.
He did complain and put in a complaint form and also tried to get a chargeback with paypal, he got nowhere.

My point is I am dubious about them all and just cross my fingers it will be ok when I send something.

    I DO NOT RECCOMMEND PARCEL2GO.COM

They sent someone to pick up my parcel bound for the US, she gave me no receipt, parcel was lost, parcel2go told me to go through fedex, spent 14 days with fedex, who in the end told me to claim from p2g, so i sent in a claim form told cannot have my money back as it was past the 28 day period for claiming, very unhelpful, very hard to get in touch with

The parcel was worth over £100 and it was for a charity I work for.

Currently I have sent a letter stating an appeal and if I do not get my money back it will be small claims court!!

Will pay more next time, if there is a next time.

I use p2g regularly, and have found that they can be very good and that their 2/3day service usually means they deliver the next day.

I did have a problem with a recent order due to their website going wobbly, the phone help provided was reluctant and pretty useless, they didn't want to manually input my order and when I insisted they did they refused to let me use the discount code, claiming it had already been allocated, even though I was unable to complete the order online due to problems with their website!

Usually this is such a trouble free service and the collections driver is great, though I would not advise anyone to use the their cheaper HDNL service as quite frankly they are useless. Twice I have been badly let down by them not collecting on day of collection, and had to take a couple of days to actually re-arrange collection.

Parcel2go are awful. Good luck trying to claim compensation when a parcel goes missing. I had this problem, and in the end, settled for contacting my credit card for a chargeback on my delivery fees. P2GO didn't even respond to my complaint. Rubbish customer service.
