I sent a laptop abroad with them, used a discount code and Quidco, can't argue with price but customer service is a bit lacking. Item got there fine but a courier turned up one day to collect it and another the next, I was panicking but no response to e-mail and no joy on phones either, maybe because it was 5.16pm!2p off is still 2p off!0

I've used them once before and had no problems at all. I was a bit dubious after reading some of the posts on here, but I can only speak as I find:
- I thought the website was easy to use
- They (DHL) came to collect the parcel on the right day!
- My buyer received the goods well within the 2-3 day delivery slot and was very happy!
I would use them again.0 -

I have mentioned this outfit before on various threads concerning courier services. They have been very reliable for me. They use DHL next day delivery.
Weight and size limits apply - I think you can ship upto 31 kgs and max size of 120x60x60cms. Standard insurance of £100 against loss or damage. They have very good feedback and many many returning customers. Don't forget to use the booking form if you should use this service.
Oh yeah, it costs £5.99 beat that if you can.
brilliant service.. used them sevral times :-)0 -

Parcelforce aren't without fault either. I booked for them to collect a package from a seller who had stipulated collection only for their item. They said before 11am or after 3pm would be OK - so I selected 3:30pm-5:30pm as a collection window on the Parcelforce website.
What time did they actually turn up to collect the package? 1:50pm. Nearly two hours earlier than the beginning of the collection window I had specified!
Fortunately, the seller happened to be in ... but it's not exactly heartening. Why let people choose a collection time if you're just going to totally ignore it?!

Parcelforce are VERY expensive. This chart may helprapido wrote:I'm going to try Payperdrop and if they are no good, I think I'm going to stick to Parcelforce.
The italics in the 10-20kg column mean that rate is valid for up to at least 25kgLife should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.0 -
I would say that parcelforce are probably more expensive but are (from my experience) more reliable AND cover the whole of the UK !!
A l;ot of these companies will charge a lot more of its out with the usual routes!0
