Does playing with the canine guest for half an hour count as me-time, bearing in mind it's something I like to do?:o
just!
am pretty pleased with what I've accomplished flying-wise today. Just shows what you can achieve with a day off work, & DD going to an after school club !!
Off to open the wine.. Anyone for a glass of red??When people show you who they are, believe them the first time0 -
Off to open the wine.. Anyone for a glass of red??
Mine's a white - thanks!
Great start on Monday and Tuesday, DH was supposed to do Wed and only managed to defrag the computer and HHFiling (although both are much appreciated, obviously!). I can't moan as I haven't done any of Thursday's and have only done level 1 of today's. However, I have grand plans for the weekend, which starts with a lovely bottle of white - not as good as red but beggars can't be choosers - and Emmerdale (ooh, make that Corrie!).
It's so nice to have an evening off though - enjoy, everyone...0 -
Well, as I've decluttered dinner and coffee and Mr and Mrs Dog have helped me to declutter the freezer of a couple of bananas (of which there are too many).
As I've done far less flying than the rest of you this week, I'm just off for another HHC in the hope that I will clear the deitrus which always accompanies me home on a Friday evening, and then, as far as I'm concerned, I deserve a sit down, with or without a drop of the red and white stuff.
See you in HHWork is not my Hobby0 -
Evening all
Bit manic here so only skimmed the thread.
JulieJim so sorry to hear of DH's redundancy, hugs for you both
Crafty - you wasn't stupid about the hotel just unsure and I'd have been the same. Don't beat yourself up about it. What's done is done and needs no more stressing xThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
LW - any playing with canine friend must count. Whether its yours or borrowed. I have a large Lassie draped across my knee. May not have done much flying this week, but the 1/2 hr for me is definitely covered.:TGC Mar 13 £47.36/£1500
