I really hope its not that time of year again already :( They do come up the plugholes... I have sieve things in mine that are supposed to stop hair going down, but also stop spiders coming up. Or you can leave the plug in (its too heavy, they can't lift it) although they sometimes divert via the overflow. Given that sometimes they appear in the loo, I think they can swim underwater.

One more reason to move house... how do I find one that is spider free?

Last meeting finished at 1.30am so I'm shattered. I have two webinars this afternoon and then meetings all night again. I've got a list of stuff I want to try to get done today while I'm listening to the meetings, so we'll see how it goes.

'webinars' - I read that as winebars! Ooops :o

Natty68 You sound like you should be having some TLC not having to get up to phone the plumber. Vertigo is horrible, I remember it well. It is good though to have managed to get a plumber out so quickly but shame about the carpet. You could do without the extra disruption ATM , huge hugs for you. I hope you are feeling better soon.

pigpen I don't mind having bathroom again today. I have plenty to do in the study/storage room. Can you get a nap when Freja has her next one so you can catch up on last night?
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Easy mistake to make... if only I could get away with it!

Suppose I'd better check my presentation and make sure I know what I'm talking about (well, enough to pretend, anyway...)

Beds standing on their ends everywhere, floorboards up and stuck anywhere, dust all over the place, up at the crack of dawn to get ready for Boiler Man - and what happens - phone call to say he is sick so won't be coming today - can you imagine how many swear words have been said in this house over the last few days, well triple it and you get the idea of what was said in 10 mins this morning, so, beds go back down, flooring goes back down and we start the whole stupid game again tomorrow morning, DH is not a happy mantoday

    Hello All,

Lazy me again today.. woke at 9 then curled up with my new cuddly penguin (gift from the man) and slept until 11.30.. bad me. I need to get in control of my sleep pattern I seem to spend all night fretting and with a whisk in my head then finally drop off and sleep for agggggggggges.

Thanks for the listy pigpen.. sounds like it was a battle to post but I do appreciate your doing it.
My bathroom does not need any work and my study is a bleeding mess to be blunt. All the things from my hall bookshelf (floor to cieling) are scattered over the floor. All the paperwork files going back to 2002 are scattered about my desk when I was seeking out documents for my esa medical (she never even looked at em). It needs a major overhaul tbh so Maybe I should make a start on it today.
I also want to scrub the walls and paintwork in the hall in readiness for re-painting. Well, no, I dont WANT to but i HAVE to do..:(

    So my alt, listy is;

    Wednesday ~ Study and bathroom/wc
    Level One

    Declutter and mop/vacuum floors
Clean all hallway paintwork (Including doors) :(
    Level Two
Run defrag.. see how much you can get done while it defrags!
    Clean keyboard/mouse
    Dust and deweb
    Delete some junk email
    Level Three
    Clean chairs, desk and screens
Scrub all hallway walls for painting:eek:
Clean out spare built in wardrobe in study and measure up for bookcase:eek:
    Extras

    1. Shine mirrors
    2. Bins emptied and washed out
    3. Clean radiators
    4. HHfiling and returning files to wardrobe.
I have two double built in wardrobes in my study, built in to the point they are flush with the walls so they are a wonderful storage place. One has a bookshelf and books in it the other is full of boxes and files and a mess of things so needs sorting out and can be used for a book store as well. This will take the bookcase out of the hallway and keep the books in a better condition.

Ok, wash, dress, light lunch and on I go..

    Love, Hugs and Spoons
