    And they are back ;)

This time its Graham Whites Solicitors (acting on behalf on Michael Sobell Solicitors) - rather confusing - what is their relationship?

The letter is a Notice Of Intended Legal Action. Its a very close match to one of the template letters from the sticky (see I do read :) ) - namely the letters scanned in under Excell and UKPC e.g. http://i35.tinypic.com/9lluvn.jpg

The only difference is the final paragraph which now states

"In the event of a judgement order not being adhered to we may seek a warrant of execution. This would allow a Bailiff to attend your address and remove goods for sale by public auction and in your case I would alert the court to all facts known to us including ownership of motor vehicles"

Naively to me, it looks like they are correcting their language? Or are their legal aspects to this that I am not aware of....?

    Thanks!

"Graham Whites Solicitors" (not to be confused with a reputable company of the same name) is the trading name of the solicitor Michael David Sobell. It works out of the same office as Roxburgh.

You can still ignore all that meaningless legal mumbo-jumbo.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • how can I start a new thread people?

I got 3 parking notices from vehicle control in Sheffield, I appealed without any success. I then ignored the letter demanding me to pay £200 in total. Now I have recieved a final demand notice and the amount has increased to £300. What shall I do?
