Of course they still have to prove the identity of the driver. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Just received the second letter!
This is more threatening and implies they will start court proceedings; I quote:
"Failure to pay this notice will result in court proceeding being taken against the driver which can lead to a warrant being issued to the bailiffs to recover payment/seize goods"
First they will have to find out who was driving. If you don't communicate with them, how will they know.0 -
They fail to mention the fact that they must win in the small claims, then you refuse to pay the judgement within 28 days, then go back to court pay another fee for a bailiff to act, really it's not going to happenExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
This once again illustrates that the whole PPC business model depends on half-truths and downright lies to screw money out of people. And still the BPA thinks the private parking industry is whiter than white. Disillusioned fools. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

The sad part is though that the government feels that they have a role to play despite the fact that they and the other parties often act illegally , you just couldn't make it up, really they are a scourge on anyone who drives !Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. Hi
I would be really grateful if anyone could help. I have received a parking fine from Vehicle Control Services with a photo of my car entering a car park in the morning then leaving some 6 hrs later. I did Park my car in the car park in the morning then moved my car to park on a nearby street, then drove back through the car park later on to turn my car around. I didn't park in the car park for the time they have stated. I have appealed twice and have a letter from Sheffield council who tender the street where I parked in-between stating that I couldn't provide a ticket to prove that I parked on the street because the machine wasn't working. VCS are having none of it I have advised that I will plead my case in front of a judge but they said that they would go through a debt collection agency first I would be grateful for any advise!!0 -

Just forget about these jokers. This is not a "fine" and you don't owe them anything.
May I suggest that you edit your posts , removing all reference to who was driving the car. That way they will have no way of identifying the driver. For further reassuarnce please read the sticky as the top of the thread and the other posts that deal with private parking matters. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

And please do not hijack other threads!
This is a new different case to that of the original thread, always best to start a completely new thread of your own that way both you and the rest of the forum members can keep track of it easier, and things dont get confused.
As for your post ignore VCS muppets they wont go near a court ! debt collectors yes but they are just to55ers anyhow and you can ignore them too, they have as much legal power as you and me ie !!!!!! all !You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
I have started my own thread it was my first time using the site and didn't know what to do and I couldn't delete it from this existing thread no hijacking intended!0
