Most do
I work in tech support for one of the larger ISPs and I must admit I hear more complaints about how bad TalkTalk were and how pleased customers are with their new services than from almost any other ISP. BT I find people don't like the "automated troubleshooting" and Virgin people grumble it's off-shore (I helped out a friend with their internet problems and called Virgin for her and I must admit the tech support service was dreadful -they were claiming things that I knew were not the issue as I'd already done the basic troubleshooting before I called them so had a good idea already of where the issue lay). AOL seems to be the other company people are happiest to have left.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I think people need to get realistic. First of all, no isp on planet earth is going to give you AAISP/Zen/IDNET-esque quality phone support for £3.49 broadband per month. If you signed up to TalkTalk with your eyes/ears closed then you deserve all you get
My exchange was LLU'd by talktalk back in Sept 2010 and they were the only LLU supplier at that time. I thoroughly researched TalkTalk before joining them and knew perfectly well to stay away from their shocking phone support and instead use their forum support for any issues. In the 16+ months i've been with them, i've not used their phone support and any requests such as putting me on 24FSNR6 profile, remove DLM on my line have been done quickly by their forum support team. So a very happy talktalk customer here0 -
